My body feminization surgery in Europe/BBL round 2

So guess who’s had surgery again. Haha, I’m addicted. Anyways, I went back to Dr. Alexander Aslani for a round 2 BBL(fat only) in May 2021.

I gained so much weight in 2020 because I had to cope with the passing of someone special. Also covid-19 and the lockdowns. I went from 90kg to 105kg. When I did my first round with implants my weight was 80kg, go figure...

He removed 3-4 liters of fat and grafted 1,5 liter on each side of my hip/butt. Everything went smoothly and I’m recovering fast.

I was glad to see the clinic staff again. They were welcoming and kind just like last year. I stayed at a nearby hotel for a week. Kind of weird to see how to world changed so drastically in one year.

He removed fat from my double chin, upper-arms, 360(torso) and inner-thighs. Because I’ve been there before I had a discount. 6k including extra lipo area’s.

This is 1 day before surgery. Ugh, a mess. Waist is gone and a slight belly has appeared. This is what happens if you gain a shit ton of weight, haha. Ass is still there though. I think I’m around 105-107kg here, which is quite a lot for my height 185cm.

Body is snatched again. I know I’m still swollen and I will probably change in the following months but I love these hipsss, haha. Please don’t gooo. Pain wasn’t so bad, more annoying soreness and stiffness. The butt implants hurt more than a regular BBL. Bruises went away within 1,5 weeks. Constantly peeing stopped after 2 weeks and also the strong smell disappeared around that time. Still taking arnica and bromelaine. Also iron as a bonus. I didn’t fit the 3XL stage 2 faja from the clinic so I bought my own here. Also bought a back and ab board that’s harder.
