I have always been small chested, nursing 3 babies didn't help. I went with silicone, 303 and 337 cc implants under the muscle. At one day post op, I feel pretty good. The muscle relaxers are a huge help. I recommend taking the pain pills even if you have no pain. Their meds stay with you for 4 days, you want to stay in front of pain management.

Well done. You look absolutely fantastic. Transformation even with swelling which has to be present so close to op. Even if you lose a little you will still be transformed. Some post op pics wearing blouse would be nice I reckon.

Still feeling great. The hardest thing is not using my arms. Still no pain, some muscle spasms. I recommend keeping current on the muscle relaxers. I've been taking Tylenol everyou 6 hrs.
Congratulations...you look great for being so early post op! How are you managing your recovery with 3 children? Hoping they are old enough to maybe help out. ;)
