2 months after Moxi - I feel like it ruined my skin

I had the Moxi laser 2 months ago. I feel it ruined my skin. My face is now half covered is melasma when I started with only a few spots. I have redness on moth cheeks. The texture is also rougher and my makeup no longer goes on smoothly. My pores look larger and I am having breakouts and bumps. I know some people say they have great results but I wanted to let people know there is a risk. I hate that I did this.

Derm recommended for Melasma. Read all the raving reviews. Looked forward to having awesome results. Followed perfectly all the after care. Never went outside. Avoiding the sun totally. Only sat up and slept in recliner for 3 days. No sweating or heat on me. Doing all the skin care. It's been 8 days and I just want to hide my face. The sides of my face looks much worse and discolored. Above my lip area with some improvement. I'm glad about that. Sides of my face looks horrible. I expected areas to be greatly improved as my derm said I should do well with one treatment. Been to this Tyler center on Bullard a lot over the years and was ALWAYS pleased with the other two ladies work several times for other kinds of treatments.
I had the same experience, but I also had extreme fat loss due to the settings being too high and too many passes so it aged me 15 years within weeks. I’m absolutely devastated and the Sciton Moxi Laser should be taken off the market.
