Still Very Red 10 Days After Procedure

I’m not sure what to think. I spent quite a bit of money on bbl and moxi. I followed all the instructions and I’m still so red. I’m terrified it won’t go away.
I usually have great results with my other procedures by the same provider but, I’m definitely worried this has ruined my skin. It feels like a nearly complete waste of money. Anyone have any advice?

Any update on your skin? I had this two weeks ago on my legs, arms, chest and hands. My chest is great but the rest of me is still very red and dry despite using hydrating/healing creams from my derm. Please tell me this gets better! I am still not able to wear shorts in public and it's so hot here. :(
