Moxi and BBL for acne scarring - frustrated with lack of results

I was recommended moxi and bbl to help with post pregnancy acne scaring. I started at beginning on Jan and have gone through 3 rounds of moxi and bbl - one every month. So it’s been a complete 3 months now. Feeling frustrated because I spent a lot of money but didn’t see results as hoped. Did moxi and bbl not work? Or is this normal? What should I do to help correct this? Any products in particular?
