Doctor Pozner burned one of my eyebrows doing a resurfacing laser.
I went this morning to have a Moxi and BBL LASER, he was very distracted and in a hurry because he had patients waiting.
I thought everything was going well, but I did have to ask the doctor to please concentrate on my face and not in the conversation he was having with his assistant, he told me he knew what he was doing, I got home and started washing my face and felt something crunchy on my eyebrow, I thought it was the numbing gel, then I looked in the mirror and saw all the hairs of my left eyebrow burnt, I don’t know if there is a solution for that but I am devastated and I’m disbelief, that a doctor could do that with all the experience he has.
