Coolsculpting - Arms

UPDATED FROM jayyyce

Day of procedure

Posting photos from day of CS. Had some ugly bruising but it didn't really hurt. After a few days I looked like someone had beaten me with a bat :o I need to remember to cut-off the ibuprofen & fish oil prior!!

Can't wait to see your results! It looks like they placed the applicator on the front of your arms. I assumed that when I get my arms done that they would attach the applicators to the fatty part of the arm (the tricep area that hangs lowest to the ground). Is it typical to place it on the front?
They did both! First 35 minutes was done on hanging, fattiest part of arms. Then next 35 was done on the side. It was recommended for better results to get more of the fat out and to have a better arm profile.

Thanks so much for coming back to share photos, much appreciated! Keep us posted!

I had it done on my arms in May. I didn't think it did anything until I went back to doctor's office last week and saw my before photos which she compared to present day photo. There was a difference. She thinks I need one more session.
Any progress? Just wondering why they put it on the front of your arms, instead of the fatty part underneath?
ORIGINAL POST

Coolsculpting - Arms

My arms have always been a bane. No matter how much I work out, they always stayed fatty. Been debating about CS and finally took the plunge. I had my consultation with Patrick at Dr K's and then my 1st session. I didn't feel anything during the procedure and I was bored since I couldn't move my arms to use my phone :( The worst part ended up being the 2 minute massage after. It was painful but limited. I'm 5 weeks out and I do see some improvement. 2 more sessions are recommended and I'm hopeful that I will finally have decent summer arms!!
