Dr. Korman is Excellent! - Mountain View, CA

I am 57 years old, my face was sagging, I was bothered by signs of aging, including a double chin, the corners of my mouth were moving downwards, making my face look unhappy. My eyelids were droopy.
I talked to four plastic surgeons, and I decided to go with Dr. Korman. I was not disappointed. He was without question better than the other three plastic surgeons in my geographical area, as I concluded after initial interviews. He tends to under-promise but over-deliver. He talks to you as an equal, he is ready to answer any of your questions without condescension and without pressuring you. He allowed me to meet in person three other women close to my age who had had facelifts done by him within 3 to 6 weeks of their surgery. These women were so nice to talk to me about their experiences, and it was so great that Dr. Korman's office arranged for me to meet them. All the three of them were so happy with the results, they showed me their "before" pictures, so I could see what a great improvement they had.
It has now been more than three months since my surgery, and I have nothing but compliments from all my friends. The procedures that were done: full face lift (that includes neck lift and lipo to the neck); upper blepharoplasty; also lipo to my tummy and my back, for a total cost of appr. $18,000 (which was actually less than other local doctors quoted me for the same procedures). I got a discount for multiple procedures. But the most important thing, I now look 10 years younger -- and happier.
Dr. Korman is easily accessible by email; he always answered all my questions the same day. His post-op care is included, so he saw me several times since the surgery, including in one case driving to one of his more remote offices on a Sunday. He is an excellent plastic surgeon, his patients get a natural young look, I am so happy I had this done!

Just wanted to write a short update. It has been almost 5 months since my procedures. It makes me very happy to look at myself in the mirror and see a younger, cheerful face. I still have to cover some unevenness and redness at the lower outer corners of my face and sides of upper neck with makeup. But this is supposed to go away with time. I do have a thin red scar from upper blepharoplasty that is visible in the crease of my right eye, but not the left. On the left lid, the scar disappeared within the first weeks. Again, the doctor says the scar over the right eye will disappear too. All in all, I am very satisfied.
