3 weeks ago Dr Pearl performed my procedure. I am a nurse and speaking as an RN, in my professional opinion you will NOT find a better surgeon.
Speaking as Dr Pearls patient, from the very first visit to my last, Dr Pearl has been nothing but wonderful. He has by far the best bedside manner. He is very down to earth and so calm and reassuring yet extremely professional. Most importantly he listens to his patients. He definitely goes above and beyond to make sure that everything goes well for his patients.
Here are just a few things that Dr. Pearl did for me that I am truly grateful for. First and foremost, he and his awesome RN Shelley answered all of my questions (three pages total) during my initial consultation never making me feel rushed or silly for my questions. They educated me about my procedure, and then provided me with the best options to meet my personal goals. I have been well taken care of from the moment of my consultation to the present day.
As an RN I also much appreciate that his office is adjoined with his surgery center and that I was able to have my procedure done in an environment designed and customized for Dr Pearls surgery's. Drs Pearl, Ereso and Liu took their time on my procedure making sure I got the best result possible for my circumstance.
I must say a special thank you to Dr Pearls RN, Shelley. Shelley is phenomenal. She is calm, caring, knowledgable and most important when you most need it her wonderful sense of humor will save your day. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did for me. Just another example of the fantastic Pearl team.
I am now 3 weeks into my recovery and doing well, I still continue to receive the best care from Dr. Pearl and his entire team including Dr Ereso, Shelley, Jez and the entire office team Each member of the team has been wonderful; professional, organized, accommodating, and comforting when my emotions were getting the best of me. The ambiance of the office is always cheerful, optimistic and supportive.
Thank you again to Dr.Pearl and his entire team. If more than a 5 stars rating was allowed I would give Dr. Pearl and his staff 10 stars. He and his team were extremely thorough and caring throughout my entire process. Many many thanks!!!!
