I feel amazing and started working out again...
I had nerve pain up until a week ago on right side, had to go for an emergency check with Dr Korman and he stated all normal. He gave me a prescription and I did not need to get it filled as the pain just STOPPED!
Happy with results :) love my booooty

OMG - love the latest pics in the workout booty shorts! I'm back to working out too with cardio. Hill walks, stairclimber. But no running or ab workouts. I got to try and experiment with the abs (being on my back). Still not sleeping on my back because it's uncomfortable.... What about you?

MissL , did you say you are claiming up on treadmill? I want to but I have only been walking, like you I started to go for a run and could feel them move (no pain) but scared they are going to rotate :( .

Right now, the only exercises that I can totally do normally again are: stairclimber, and walking flats and steep incline hills. For some reason, I can also run up the stairs/bleachers at the local high school track with no problems. BUT it's uncomfortable to run flat ground or run hills!?! I don't know why - I can just feel a slight tugging if i'm running, but I don't feel tugging when I'm running up the stairs. But when I'm running the stairs (it's never the stair climber machine), it's the real stairs at the track. And I can feel them running each step but when I skip a step (double step), like run every other step, it's fine. I guess when you're skipping every other step, it's like running but making a huge lounge at the same time. That's probably why I don't feel tugging. But in any small running steps, I can totally feel them and I stop!

If you watch this video, you'll see what I'm talking about. I can't do the first single step without feeling tugging, but when I try the double step - it's fine.

And I'm back to doing laps in the pool with no problems. But the only time I still have to baby them, is if I'm sitting in the car too long or lying on my back. If I feel any pressure, I use the Booty Buddy pillow. But at night, I always still sleep on my stomach. I'm at 4 months and had no issues so far (knock on wood) because I still baby my implants. Not taking any chances!

Thank you for soo much information. I was thinking about a Braz. Butt Lft. But don't want to see my nice booty slowly reabsorbed. You look really hot

Thank you! I considered a Brazilian butt lift (not enough fat ) plus the results are temporary ...

Hey girl,

I just wanted you to know I went on a run today (flat and hills) and it was pretty good. I didn't work out at all yesterday. But this time I wore my Nike compression pants (Nike Epic Lux Crop) and it held my butt tight. Obviously, I had to stop (and walk) when I felt pressure but for the most part, it went well. But I'll probably just do it once a week or once every other week depending on how the implants feel. Don't want to push it. How are you feeling?

That is great! :)
I am walking with a light jog on treadmill flat only and using a stationary bike. Trying to look like I hit the gym 6 days a week to match up with my firm new booty. :)

I am happy you are up and making progress :)

Thank you CdOsmond... It's been up and down for me , last week I could still feel pulling where the suture was and even see that the suture was not dissolved. Feeling much better now. This is not an easy recovery!

You look amazing! The shape and size look fantastic!! They look like they have dropped a lot and are looking more natural. Can you tell me what's been happening with your stitches and any other issues that could help me. I just got home from flying today. Everything went well. I got to lay down for the first 14hour flight then I stood for the next 7 hour flight. I'm bit sore but nothing to bad
User Avatar

I am so happy to hear your flight went well. :) Thank you and yes I can feel that my butt has dropped making it more natural to the eyes... Well I think driving my car with the sports seats and getting in and out of it pulled my sutures a bit so I started to get more pain then usual in the suture area and had a friend take pictures of the situation and I could see the suture had not completely dissolved yet ! My own fault thinking I can just keep going and going... Dr Korman seen me right away and told me to slow it down. As for pain , just discomfort on right side on upper part of the implant and a little sting occurs here and there where sutures are. Dr Korman says it is normal.. I can only say to you TO PLEASE SLOW DOWN EVEN WHEN YOU THINK YOU CAN GO GO GO... Don't ! I am 45 days now and just started back on my treadmill for 30 min walks no running.. Fit butt it has been worth every moment of pain.
March 5, 2016
Thank you for telling me what's going on for you. I'll listen to your advice and go slow for sure. Soon as I got home I wanted to do more. Currently I have sports tape (its breathable so that the incision won't sweat) on across both bum checks to support the incision a little more. What I do is put the tape across one butt cheecks then I push them both together and put the tape on the other cheeck. So when you bend sit or lay down the tape pulls as your cheecks spread and this takes all the pressure of the incision. I did this with my first surgery and my incision healed really well. You should try this. I'll post pics today and you can see what it looks like.

I'm glad everything is OK and its just a matter of you taking it slow. You look great. I'm so glad that your now past the scary first few weeks. Ibcant wait till I'm past these weeks to x

Hey girl !

Thanks for compliments on my legs! Anyway, your results look great! I have to admit, I really like the look of oval implants and the size you have looks good on you! When are you going to start to do lower body workouts? I will start upper body next Wednesday (3 month mark).

Thank you girl! I just started treadmill walking 30 minutes because I still have a pinch on the suture area and right side discomfort .. I don't want to chance it! I'm just gaining belly fat :( quickly. My goodness you look fab and you havnt worked out at all! Wow
User Avatar

I was blessed with legs but NO butt! I'm going to post more pics this Wednesday (the 9th) which is my 3 month mark. And that's when I'll start doing light weights with arms. I am finally losing all the weight I gained from being inactive. I have been on a low carb for almost 2 weeks. But this no cardio is killing me. I'm nervous about them rotating so I'm waiting until 6 month mark. Girl, I don't know how other girls say they're fine in 1 month or 2 because I'm almost at month 3 and my implants are STILL tender. I'm taking no chances so I'm babying them.
User Avatar
March 5, 2016
Mine are tender and hard as a rock! I agree that pushing yourself to work out before you've reached a comfort zone is a No No! I just can't stand the belly fat on me so I have to at least walk on treadmill 3 times a week for 30 min so I don't feel yucky :( I will be looking for your new pics on the 9th. I bet you feel complete with your new booty thou...

I forgot to ask. How fast are you doing the treadmill and does it end up being 2 miles total after 30 minutes? Yep - mine are rock hard too, but I started out with a really flat butt and didn't really have any fat to begin with. It will interesting if it will soften up anymore than this. I can't imagine. And people have asked me if my butt jiggles and I'm like, "NO! It's doesn't jiggle! It just looks like buns of steel." LOL I wish it did a little, but it doesn't. LOL

I am on anywhere between 2.9-3.2 and it is ranging 1.5 ish :() I am single so dating is ok but next level can't happen with these buns of steel lol

Great results :) can you feel the implants when you sit down and does your butt feel 'real' to the touch?
User Avatar
February 13, 2016
No ! When you sit you are sitting where the implant ends and weight is distributed to your legs. They are silicon hard still :) they will feel very natural at 6 months. Thank you for the compliment . I am extremely happy with the results :)

I have not heard anyone having partial implants before ? is that like having an implant for hips only ?
User Avatar
February 18, 2016
No I was botched! The dr said it would only be on the upper part of my butt, which it was but with time I lost my natural volume at the bottom of my butt so when I went to have it redone in January my Dr said it was a PEC implant shaved down to fit my upper area of my butt. All bad.
