I posted some pictures that were taken today. 1 of me in the same bikini top and a few bras from VS

Today marks 2 months since surgery and I sometimes forget that I got them done lol. They feel so real! When I last saw Dr. Pearl at my 6 week post op he said everything looked good. My right breast was sitting higher, so he told me to massage more on that side. They have dropped significantly since then but I can still see that its fuller on top compared to my left. I've been using Dermatix Ultra on my incision but its too soon to tell if it works or not. My incisions scars aren't bad to begin with anyway. I will be seeing Dr. Pearl again in April :)

Wow those do look amazing. They do not look fake at all. I have a question though, what size are you now? I'm B and I'm thinking to go for D. Yours look between C and D. Thanks in advance!

thanks! I mainly wear a 34c now but can also fit a 32 & 34d depending on the brand and style of bra. go for the D ;)

Thanks for sharing! I'll follow your advice. ;) I'm going to set up a consultation with Dr. Pearl soon. Can't wait!

Hey girl! I am scheduled for my BA next Thursday and I'm undecided between the 286, or 304cc mod +. If you don't mind me asking what's your Breast width diameter? Did the 304s go out of you range at all? I believe I am an 11 and the 304s are 11.9 cms wide, just wondering if you notice much of a difference in width between the two imants? Thanks!
June 5, 2014
how exciting! congrats! my breast diameter was around 13cm so i did not go out of my range. However, during surgery my dr put in a 339 sizer and he said it would be too tight in my chest because I "have strong chest muscles," so he went down to 304. I can definitely tell that the side w/ the 304 is fuller and rounder than the 286. the 304 took longer to drop too. hope this helps!

Hey! I'm wondering how you're liking them now?? Thinking about going with dr. Pearl but unsure.

Its been a month since my last post and I feel like I am 100% healed. I am no longer wearing the band to sleep and am massaging once a day, if that. I'm suppose to be massaging twice a day but I get lazy to lol. My right breast (with the larger implant) is still sitting higher than the left breast as you can see from the picture. Other than that, they are softer now and feels almost like real boobs. I am really happy with the way they turned out. Some days I wish they were bigger, but most days (like today) I am in love with them :) I've been wearing sports bras on a daily basis, but will wear a regular wired bra if i'm going out. I fit a 34c/32d/34d at VS depending on the style of bra (weird, i know).

I see Dr. Pearl again next week, so I will update again then.

Wow, amazing how fast a body can heal!  I can see the one is higher, but at 1 month, that is super common, as you know :).  Thank you for updating and congratulations!!!

What is the aftercare schedule with Dr. Pearl, BTW?
February 1, 2014
I saw him at 1 day post op (3 day if your surgery is on a friday), 1 week post, 5-6 weeks post, and i'm not too sure after that... I guess I will find out next week when i see him :)

thank you!

Amazing results! Have they changed much since you last updated? I'm trying to decide between 295 or 320cc and i know most people say i wish i went bigger so was curious to know how you felt about your sizing? they look like a perfect size!
February 27, 2014
Hi! i just posted some pictures from today if you want to take a look. It all depends on what look you're going for. It looks like you already have nice boobs to start with and a small frame, so I think 295 would give you the look in your inspiration photos. However, boob greed is real, and you should definitely consider going with the bigger size lol. I don't think you would regret it. Sometimes I wished mine were a size bigger. 25cc is not a big difference once inside your body, but it will give you peace of mind w/o the thought of wishing you had gone with the bigger size. I hope this helps :) Have you decided on a surgery date yet?

Can't believe its already been a week! Here is a quick recap of days 3-6...

Day 3: drove for the first time. A little uncomfortable since my steering wheel is heavy.

Day 4: woke up to a sharp pain on left breast and arm near armpit area.. felt like a muscle cramp. Fine for the rest of the day until pressure is applied or when i move my arm a certain way. Boobs are softer and rounder :)

Day 5: same as day 4. Last day of of antibiotics & no longer taking ibuprofen.

Day 6: muscle cramp has lesson

Today: Back to work today (I have a desk job). No one noticed anything different :) I also had my 1 week follow up appointment today to get my stitches removed. It was quick and didn't hurt at all. I am so happy with the way the incision healed, I can barely see it! I mentioned to Dr. Pearl that I was having muscle cramps and he said that this is normal in the first 2 weeks and it will go away. He even brought out an anatomy book to show me what is causing it...he's so thorough! I felt a lot better knowing it was normal. He also showed me exercises/massages to do at home to help the implant drop. The appointment went well and he said everything looks good. I will be seeing him again in a month.

Overall, my first week was a breeze... I had no other complications besides the muscle cramps. I love my new boobs! I was a bit concerned that they were too small at first but now that they have settled a bit, i think they are the perfect size for me. They dropped significantly since day 1 and are softer to the touch. They still have some more dropping & fluffing to do, but for 1 week post-op, I think they look pretty good. I couldn't be happier :)

So glad to hear everything is going like clockwork, and especially the way that Dr. Pearl pulled out the anatomy book to help you understand what your body is going through.  That was awesome!  I'm so glad you decided to review him, since you're right, he has so reviews on here, and I knew when I interviewed him that he was high quality.  Hopefully more of his clients will decide to join RealSelf in the future.

How did you find out about RealSelf anyway?

Happy New Year!!

Thank you! I found realself a few months back when I decided I was going to get a BA. I enjoyed reading everyone's recovery story because it gave me a good idea of what to expect :)
