Got my Boobies Done Today!! -Mountain View, CA

I am 5'2", 120 lbs and 25 years old. My current bra size is a 34B (32C in VS). I am hoping to be a full C or small D.

1 day pre op: my anesthesiologist called me (on christmas day) to asked if I had any questions for tomorrow, and reminded me not to eat anything after midnight. I thought that was really nice, especially on christmas day. I took half a pill of Valium (instructed by my doctor) before bedtime to help me fall asleep. Surprisingly I was not nervous or anything.

Morning of surgery: woke up at 5:30 am. My surgery was scheduled for 7:30am, but I had to be there by 6:45 am. I took the other half of the valium at 6:30am. when I arrived i changed into my gown and the RN tested my urine to make sure I wasn't pregnant. The anesthesiologist arrived and started my IV. Once Dr. Pearl arrived they had to kick out my boyfriend and sister. After they left, Dr. pearl marked me and showed me what my cleavage gap would look like (about the width of 1 finger). He then went over what I was having done.. 304cc left, 339cc right (this eventually changed), natrelle moderate plus (style 15) silicone gell implants, under the muscle, periareolar incision.

Surgery: after i was marked they walked me into the OR and laid me down asked me where I would like to go on vacation, I said Maui.. and they asked me to have an mai tai for them while i'm there (during this time, the anesthesiologist had put the gas mask over my mouth), and I was out before i knew it.

immediately after surgery: My surgery took 2 hours. I woke up in the recovery room pain free, and remember asking the nurse if 304 & 339cc were used. She said they tried but it was too tight in my chest so they went with 286cc & 304cc. I was a little disappointed, but I trust their judgment. Fell back asleep, then woke up again and my boyfriend was there, I asked if he told my sister that I am out of surgery (apparently I asked him the same question lke 5 times lol). I fell back asleep, woke up and my sister was there. I was shivering a lot from the anesthesia, so the nurse gave me a shot on my butt to help with it. Not sure what it was though. The nurse dressed me and told me not to remove my bandages and no peeking until tomorrow at my post op appointment. I left there around noon and headed to our hotel nearby.

back at the hotel: I laid down at an incline, propped up on 2 pillows, and fell asleep.

2:30pm: woke up and ate some clam chowder, yogurt, and jello

3:00pm: took a tablet of Percocet, and fell back to sleep

6:00 pm: Dr. Pearl called to check up on me, and asked how i am feeling. I said i was doing fine and eating fine. I haven't been nauseous or anything. He told me it will get worse tonight and i should take the suppository pill that he prescribed me along with the percocet. I told him I did not fill that prescription because I was not comfortable with it. He said he will call the local pharmacy to prescribe me promethazine to take orally instead, I am extremely grateful :)

7:00pm: ate some yogurt, then took another tablet of percocet. Tried watching some tv but couldn't stay awake. I fell back to sleep, and during this time my boyfriend went to pick up my prescription.

8:30 pm: ate some more chowder and jello, then watch some TV. I am so tempted to peek at my results, but my boyfriend keeps yelling at me lol. The bandages feel tighter on me at this point and a little uncomfortable. It is probably because i am swelling

11:30 pm (now): i am starting to feel some pain coming from my breasts, nothing unbearable. I will take a tablet of percocet along w/ promethazine and call it a night! my Post-op appointment is tomorrow afternoon. I can't wait to get out of the bandages and into the surgical bra. I hope they look good!!

I woke up this morning to an excruciating pain coming from my chest, and was not able to sit up by myself. I was extremely sore. My boyfriend had to help me sit up. I took some meds and ate breakfast (I also started my antibiotics today). After that i felt a lot better and went back to sleep.

I was able to see the girls for the first time at the post-op appointment. They are even now and more symmetrical. i think they look small, but my boyfriend and sister think they look huge. To me it just looks more wide, but I know it needs time to drop and fluff. I am hoping they will look fuller once they settle. It almost looks as if i didn't have anything done. He said I will be a D in VS bras for sure, which I am excited about :) I will post pics of my before and after shots.

Getting up in the morning is probably the worse part of the day, but other than that, I feel a lot better. I stopped taking Percocet and started taking ibuprofen instead, since the Percocet was making me lazy. I am still taking antibiotics 4 times a day. I also showered today and was able to wash and dry my hair fine. It feels so good to have clean hair again :) I am able to open and close doors fine(car doors as well), but still have trouble opening my prescription bottles. My breast are still firm to the touch and are still high. I am wearing a band day and night that Dr. Pearl provided me with to help push the implants down. Can't wait until they drop!
