When you're 57 and feel 37, you make the decision for yourself to undergo major surgery. The MOST important decision after that is choosing your doctor. Dr. Michael Olding is the most professional, talented and honest surgeon I have ever met (and I've had a few procedures!). I am forever grateful to him.

Be prepared for some discomfort. I was actually regretting it the first couple of days because I felt I would never look better and I would be disfigured. I know that is irrational but take daily pictures of your progress so you can see how it changes. I was amazed - Best of everything on your surgery.

Good for you girl! How long did you have to wait to exercise? I'm having my rhino in March and I'm a bit nervous and restarting taekwondo hehe
i was told to wait at least a month and i waited 5 weeks. After that, i only ran 3-4 miles. ran 5 yesterday and have a half marathon on SuperBowl Sunday out in CA. I will be slower than i want but feels great to get out there. Had rhinoplasty back in 1996. was so pleased - sure the techniques have improved - very very happy with my nose! good luck!
Oh yay! Thank you! Good for you it must feel great being out there again. I will likely be getting a face life somewhere down the line. If I'm lucky I'll look as good as you!! Enjoy the burn and before you know it you'll get back up to speed I'm sure. Thank god it's only 1 month...I would go crazy.

those who don't know i had it done: vacation? you have a glow, you look so rested. in heaving. Dr. Olding is incredible.
It's cool! I fixed it. :) It says "Washington, DC" now.
That's so awesome! I love that it's subtle, but noticeable.
