I ever would have imagined. I had two close together pregnancies followed by a stress-filled work schedule. I was tired all the time. I never exercised. I didn't eat a healthy, balanced diet. By the time I became pregnant with my third child, I was still carrying the pregnancy weight from my first two pregnancies. Though I carried the extra weight all over, much of that extra weight settled in my breasts. I jumped up in bra size. Had to shop at specialty bra stores for fitted, yet uncomfortable bras. I was frustrated with my appearance. I wanted to exercise but exercising was so uncomfortable.
I considered having a breast reduction for about 15 years. I hesitated. I wasn't ready until this past spring when I met with Dr. Guy Cappuccino.
