Looking at my before and after photos in Doctor...

Looking at my before and after photos in Doctor Cappaccino's office left me speechless. So many thoughts and feelings hit me all at once. On the left was my before body-it made me cringe a bit (ok, a lot!) as I saw all of the extra skin below my belly button and the sagging breasts. However, I also felt proud that my tiny body carried, delivered and fed five babies. I've also exercised and eaten healthy to get my pre-baby self back. I felt great and looked great, the only thing was the pesky extra skin and stretched out muscles--they were making me paranoid. Simple things like bending over, reaching high or completing exercise moves made me worry that my shirt might hang in a way that someone would see the unsightly extra and sagging skin. Doctor Cappaccino was able to remove the extra skin, pull my tummy muscles back to where they belonged and gave me full breasts again. So exciting and freeing! I can't describe how it's made me feel inside. Looking at the after photo, I feel I've been put back together again-I'm confident and no longer worry at all about my body. Thanks to Dr. C and his wonderful team, my body now matches how I feel- healthy and beautiful.
