WORTH IT
I am a young mother of 2 little ones and have breastfed them each for 6 months. After my second time around my breasts were absolutely deflated. It caused for my chest/ ribcage to extend beyond the breasttissue I had left. I opted for a breast augmentation but I wanted it to look as natural as possible. After visiting another clinic I went to Mooi kliniek. I felt confident in the surgeon. I had a great experience from start to finish.
Recovery was hard the first 4-5 days, but after a week it became doable. I never took the heaviest painkiller, but did take paracetamol for almost 2 weeks. I think me having to take care of my 2 and 1 year old didn’t help with recovery and pain.
I’m 7 weeks post op now and this is what I still experience: discomfort with sleeping flat on my back or side, I still find wearing the supportive sportsbra the most comfortable, I can do almost everything except for jumping on our trampoline, running without holding them.
It was the best thing I ever did for myself and I Love my results and can’t wait for them to “drop and fluff”. Happy I’ve gone for a natural look. Mom of 2

Update + suture recovery
MaxmamaSeptember 17, 2025
Hi! Just wanted to come on here to give an update on recovery and more specifically the healing of internal sutures.
It has been 11 weeks since surgery and overall recovery has been going really well. They are also becoming more and more soft and “real” to the touch. I have days where I don’t feel them at all and days where I feel different types of sensations. From pinching to pulling. I feel my body adjusting to the implants. I still can’t lay flat or on my sides as I feel the implants shift and the weight puts a strain on my chest muscles. It’s very uncomfortable still.
About a week ago I woke up with a pulling painful sensation sensation under my left breast from my scar all the way down to my lower ribs. When lifting my arm a clear line becomes visible. I called the clinic and I could come in for a quick checkup. The surgeon on duty explained that this is the internal suture that they attach to the rib to create the fold under the breast and to create an internal structure for the implant to sit in.
Apparently these sutures break and dissolve around months 3-6 and I have to massage them daily to help the process along. All good, but I have not read or seen anybody talking about this part of recovery. Just thought it might help with expectations.
Besides that, the ladies look flawless in lingerie.
