Potential Capsular contracture

So it’s been 7 months now and although my breasts have dropped and look normal they still feel really firm. It’s giving me a lot of anxiety because apparently they should feel like normal breast tissue by now and they definitely don’t! Scary stuff! Has anyone had a similar experience ?

They really look so beautiful. I am one week post op and have motiva ergonomix 285cc as well, but under the muscle. I am swollen and the boobs are really high. I am afraid they are too big, did yours get smaller after the swelling went down? Can you please send me a picture of how the look now?
