Hi ! I so grateful for other women to share their experiences! I decided share mine and hopefully help others make their decisions :) I am overall very happy with my Surgeon, surgery itself and the results, however it is not all as sweet as I wished for!
- pre-op: I am 27 y.o, no kids, very little gland tissue and almost no fat on chest (as opposed to my butt!); I had small assymetry due to scoliosis which I believe was corrected (the assymetry, sadly not scoliosis..) with incisions being made on different levels; I wanted the most natural effect and decided on Motiva Ergonomix implants from the very beginning. I didn't even consider any other implants, which may have been a mistake!
My surgeon offered 340-360cc Demi implants and left the final decision on implant's size for the time of Sx. I was asking about a Full profile which got 400cc, however I heard it will not fit under my tissues. How surprised I was when I found out that at the end he fit me demi implants but 380cc instead of previously discussed 340! I think this is very important to have it discussed with your surgeon, he may be able to fit different size of implant to what was previously measured, depending on your body's anatomy and abilities.
I got no-MC implants as both the surgeon and me are not fans!
-The clinic. My stay was superb, the clinic is brand new and well equipped and all the stuff was very kind. Even the food was nice and served with golden cutlery! This was all giving an impression of a hotel rather than surgery, which personally was making me feel quite insecure but I guess for most of the patients it would give nice and relaxing feel.
-Recovery : I was discharged with my post-op bra on and with bandages that I have kept on for a week. It was all very tight and I couldn't breathe properly which gave me some cough by the end of the week as the lungs weren't ventilated properly. I also had considerable amount of swelling above and below bandages.
On my discharge I was handed a prescription for pain killers / anti-inflammatories and heparine injections. I soon found out heparine was in short supply in all nearby pharmacies and I ended up driving 2hrs in a cab, looking for medications. But that wasn't a big deal, i was feeling great! In just 24hrs post-op I was fully self-reliant, able to do some shopping, put some make up and go to town.
I was very lucky and had speedy recovery. I drove manual car 200km on motorway just 48hrs after op, went for a sight-seeing holiday a week after and drove again 1500 km two weeks post-op. I was of course very cautious at all times, avoiding carrying heavy items and in general trying to avoid any pectoral muscles involvement. I started to train my lower body 5 weeks post-op, at 8 weeks post op I can do full cardio workouts, but don't train upper body with any weights yet.
- Results: My boobs started to drop and get soft and squishable in no time! In bra size I went from 32A to 32D/ DD and I was really amazed how they look like in tight tops. On the photos you can clearly see the upper line of implant, but isn't at all that obvious in reality and, if it wasn't for the scars, you wouldn't tell they are fake.
I was so so happy with the results so far, however I recently noticed wrinkling of the implants on the medial side. It isn't visible at all, but it is very obvious to touch. Perhaps if I'd chosen different, more firm/hard implants I could avoid this? I was aiming for the most natural effect, but wrinkled boobies aren't very natural looking, are they?
All in all I am very pleased with the surgery and results, hoping the wrinkles will never become visible. Can't wait for the summer to put some bikinis on for the FIRST TIME.

For initial 12 months my nipples were very sensitive/sore, they are getting better now.
There is wrinkling on the medial site which is supposed to be an issue with soft implants, esp if you don't have any tissue to cover it (my own gland is tiny and no fat on chest)

Hi, the ergonomix implants are supposed to feel like real breasts, in your experience do you think they do?

I've never had real breast ;)
They do feel really natural, soft, very squishable. They change shape as your body moves, just like natural breast tissue. But I think they'd always sit a little bit awkward on the chest, especially if you have no fat tissue over your rib cage. Also mine boobs are wrinkling quite a bit on the inner side which doesn't feel/look natural.

Hi, could you please upload new pictures with development of your breasts.
I will soon have surgery with motiva ergonomix 380 demi, under the muscle.. I am quite curious about how they feel, wrinkles (if they are disturbing), how you sleep, what type of sports can you perform and so on.
Best,
C.
