WORTH IT
After 2 kids I decided to opt for breast augmentation, I didn't want anything unnatural or too big, it had to fit my frame, be natural to touch and don't bother me during my yoga practice as I am a full time teacher.
I asked for the same size as they were during 2nd breastfeeding as I thought it is simply natural size for my frame.
Surgeon understood me right away and he works only with Motiva implants, we went for ergonomix so the result is as natural as possible. I had asymmetry so one side has 360cc and other 340cc. Also I had nipple correction.
I am currently a bit over my regular weight. I am 171cm tall and 65kg (I am usually 56-58kg).

They are still little hard to touch but getting softer every day, upper pole is still swollen.
They do feel sensitive, especially the one with nipple correction. Taking stitches out after 4 days.
Doctor allowed to lift my arms, can’t lift or pull anything heavy. With painkillers I am able to do simple things around house, doctor allowed to pick up baby (10kg) using arms not shoulders so I can lift heavier things with my elbows bent to my ribs.
The worst thing is sleeping on the back. I can’t turn on the side even tho doctor said it would be okay, they do hurt when I try to switch to side, even with pillows under breasts. Even tho I sleep elevating upper body, pillows under shoulders and small pillows under breasts, I still wake up extremely stiff and whole body hurts. Mornings are the worst but the more I move, the more chest area is feeling lighter.
And still 8 days later I am very bloated, feeling like a balloon.

Upper pole is still swollen, stitches are out, only week apart but you can already see a difference
I can fit in all my previous Skims bras S, some M but overall I don’t need to upgrade my bra collection to a way bigger size because I always wore stretchy bralettes and they still fit me. even tho the size difference before and after is huge as you can see
