Breast Surgery Update

I had my surgery. It took like 14 days before I started to feel normal again. The first couple of days the pressure was terrible, not enough to take medication but it made me feel like i had to take shallow breaths.
Also I was not prepared for the back pain, even though my doctor went slightly small 220, as that was what my pocket could accomadate, the extra weight still took me a couple of days to acclimatise to.
I was soooo glad after I could ditch the bra after a month.
They have dropped nicely and even though I have the Corse profile, it looks so good and natural, absolutely nobody notice except when I put on clothes I have cleavage now, but they assume it is a really good push-up bra. :-)
My breasts now look fully pumped up after being deflated but not over the top.

Here is what we are working with. I haven't seen many persons with my body structure here. I'm 140 pounds, but most is my hips and thighs. I'm small on top and would really like to fill out my breasts which are kinda deflated after the nursing and weight loss. Does anyone think the Corse will help? I know Round is best for upper pole, but I've read it doesn't feel as soft as the Ergonomix, and I'm using the Ergonomix 2/Joy.

Motiva Breast Implants- Ergonomix 2 Corse Profile 225 Cc

Starting my journey in about a week and a half and I'm alternating between excited and terrified.

My PS has suggested the Corse profile, but I'm nervous as I haven't seen many persons and pictures of this profile.

My stats:
45 years old
2 children that I nursed for a year and half each which I enjoyed doing but left me with deflated looking B cup breasts. I also then lost weight which didn't help the deflated look.
I'm only 5'1"and carry most of my weight in my hips and bottom
BWD is 12 cm.

If anyone has the Corse profile and wouldn't mind showing me a picture or talking about their experience with it, I would be so grateful.
I'm having mine done 3/06/26, have you?
