Have been thinking to get a BA for quite some time and finally decided to get it as a birthday gift for myself, decided to do with Dr Tan as I heard many good positive review of him online and words of mouth by my friends.
Standing at 167cm, 47kg , BWD 11.5cm almost with no breast tissue to begin with.
I’m torn between Demi 300cc or Full 335 , i like the projection of full but worry it will look too fake on me as I’m quite petite and Demi 300cc will be too small as I wish to achieve C cup with nice cleavage.
Dr Tan and his nurses suggestion will be Demi 300cc will look more natural on me, if I regret going small I could always wear push up bra to make it bigger or in future do fats grafting but as of now I have not fats on my body to do fat grafting and their concern 335 might be too full on me as I’m quite skinny and also if 335 chest gap will be wider thus difficult to achieve a better cleavage ?
Would like some advice and suggestion from more people who done the procedures and if 335 will look too fake and big or Demi 300 will be good enough.
Attached are some photos which I have tried at the clinic and I was told it will be 20% smaller that on the shirt, the surgery will most likely to be dual plane.

Day 1 surgery Demi 300cc

Day of surgery, after discussing with Dr Tan he still prefer Demi 300 will look better and natural with me.
Had my surgery at Sw1 clinic , went in at 8:45am , change to my surgery robe and the nurses gave me some medication and Dr Tan came in to do the marking and going to the toilet ( however there is no toilet in the clinic and have to walk out a distance to the toilet where there a group of people which will be pretty uncomfortable cause you are naked only in your surgery gown) before my surgery.
I was brought in the surgery room , there was a small cosy room look very nice to place your items and the anesthesiologist come in and asked some question like if you have any drug allergies then I proceeded to the surgery bed where there is a heated blanket which made me feel really comfortable (especially when I’m feeling nervous ) , also playing some songs which make the atmosphere less tense.
The anesthesiologist inject a numbing injection which I say the pain scale is 1/10 just ant bite and he was really very gentle! They stick on monitor my on foreheads saying it help me not to dream and gave me an oxygen and the next moment Is when I woke up..
Woke up around 11:50am and they passed me to give a call to my husband. I wake up feeling giddy, nauseous and tight feeling at the chest.
I asked the nurse if I could see my breast and she open up the post op bra which they had help me to put after the surgery. But as I’m feeling very giddy I didn’t really seen it properly. I threw up about 3 times but feeling much better after I threw up.
After back home I took a look at my implant but they look way smaller and flatter than expected. That very moment I quite regret not to follow my own instinct not to do 335 or 355 implant but feel that I should listen to Dr Tan cause he done so many BA and assured me it will get me to big B or small C , but at the moment it look like a small A cup to me :(
Anyone can tell me if it will get bigger after it is more settled ? I just texted the clinic and they told me is cause my tissue are very very tight and squashing the implant and there is nothing near the actual result which will take about 3 months.
I must say from pre-op to my post op Dr Tan and his team nurses ( Amber/ Yuki / Phyllis )
are really very helpful , patient and assuring.
I texted the clinic and went back the clinic many times whenever I’m in doubt and he always make a time to ask me to come down to discuss and explain to me which I really grateful for his patient and understanding my fear and telling me most important I must feel assured.
Initially Dr Tan first recommend me Full 315cc but due to my bwd is 11.5cm and I’m worry the gap between chest will be too wide and I prefer with a nice cleavage he suggest me to go 335 full or 300 Demi , but he think 335 will be too big and fake looking on me :(
So really hope after settling down will reach my wishboob goals. *finger cross*

Hihi , the surgery is not painful. But the incision wounds is little painful like 3/10 , and the chest area feeling very tight making me feel a little breathless , the tightness I will scale as 6/10 , there are some bruises today.

Hi I think it wasn’t as scary as you think, most important does it boost your confidence if yes then you can consider in getting BA ;) I have been thinking go do BA years ago but only finally decided to do it as a bday gift for me now , properly I should get it earlier since I have been thinking of it as it still bothers me , I heard sw1 also do offer 6 months installment payment by DBS credit card.

@Phenom there are many FB groups to learn and/or get more info on BII. I never truly believed in it and thought it was all in these ladies heads however at 18 mpo my health has declined. I will not explant bc I don't feel like I'm dying but if I do I'd consider BFT. Good luck.

I knew about the fb grp but didnt really go take a look. I saw there are many fda news to talk about the risk of BA...And a lot ppls talking about the explant and bii so i worried the cons is much more than the pros

What are the symptoms you felt your health has declined? Which implant u used for your BA? Motiva?

I have 500cc Mentor MemoryGel Mod+. My hair has fallen out, brain fog, my joint pain/inflammation is out of control, vertigo, sore lymph nodes, developed a benign cyst in one breast, weight gain, just to name a few. I had a BL/BA in 7/2017

Hi I done my medical checkup but I didn’t went to check my breast. Considering BA for many years cause it really affect my self esteem, I do not get myself changed around where there is people ard me or even going for an bath at other countries I always have to choose rooms with private onsen , that show how ashamed I feel to be naked infront of others cause I don’t have boobies. And getting my wedding gowns I can’t wear I really like to show great cleavage and I have to push so hard using nubras or even to an extend of 2 Nubras to create the “fake cleavage” or relay on padded bra and can’t really shop for those pretty bras/ bralettes so yeap I decided to get a BA which I feel nothing wrong making yourself happy and feeling more confident about your body ;)

The implants are seriously being compressed right after surgery. I thought the same thing too after my 500cc were placed. Patience is the key. They will d&f over the next several months and look better/not flat.

Thanks so much for the sharing! It really scared me when I’m back home I thought I had the wrong implants on me or made a wrong choice and almost kick myself hard cause it looks so flat , looking towards the drop and fluff :D

They say day 2 was quite tough but so far things have been quite management, the chest still feel quite tight and there was some bruising today.
I slept upright position with 3 pillow stacks together and an-L shape pillow to help support my back and a new pillow and I slept well throughout the night , no pain or whatever so probably the medication the clinic gave helps me to manage the pain quite well and with the sleeping pill that helps to sleep better.
When I woke up my husband have to help me support my back to get up as I couldn’t get up myself and I didn’t want to hurt the wounds.
Been drinking lots of pure pineapples juice today as I read pineapple juice contains bromelain that helps for improving swellings, inflammation and bruising.
Also brewed some red date tea to helps on replenishing the blood and also good for post surgery .
My husband help me to shower today as I’m not able to wash my back myself, after the shower I took some photos on how the breast is like today , don’t see much of a difference. The breast implant still sits up very high probably because of sub-muscular tends to take longer time in healing as the muscle will be pulling the implant upwards, also try out a bralette I bought in the past but didn’t wore it cause felt too flattered, haha.
But at least now I see it is more filled up but hoping my the progress of drop and fluff will get better.

Hi! Great to see you here ! But they look really way smaller and flatter than expected , really like AA cup :( I was really hoping the dropping and fluffing process will be much bigger , how are you doing? Does it starts to drop and looks bigger already :)

Hey I did mine with Dr. Tan back last September 2020. They do slowly look more obvious as our skin and tissues stretch to accommodate them. I'm about 6 months in and they just take a while to look natural. :)

Hi thanks for sharing, do they get bigger after time? Cause they look really flat and small now ;( almost kick myself hard for not getting full , but I do hope the drop and fluff will initially get bigger after sometimes

Me too when I prebook my surgery 2 months before my op, right now I still can’t really comment cause 300cc looks really really small and flat, I do hope after the tissue stretch it do get bigger *finger cross* I almost think of it every now and then and go back almost 4-5 times to reconfirm the size but Dr Tan is also very sure of Demi 300cc , but the other Dr whom I consulted with suggested me to get 355cc or 335cc as He feels that I will regrets getting 300cc, but Dr Tan say 300cc will be look more proportional to my body as I don’t want to be really voluptuous but at least with a nice cleavage and a c cup will be hold enough for me , thou it still look like an AA cup to me now @@

Yes same - Dr Tan was very sure, but i guess i will do more research and consult him again... Plus my build is bigger than you - I'm at 167cm and 55kg. Concern that 300cc might be not sufficient. How are the girls looking like today? :)

What is your BWD ? Mine is 11.5cm so I’m left with choice of either Demi 300, full 355 which I feel it is too big on me , and 335cc which will give me a wider gap i between which I think achieving a nice cleavage is more important to me. They look pretty much the same today but my chest in between are bruised. Have you tried on their sizer ? They say it will be 20% lesser on sizer, so at least it give you an ideal on it will be like, somehow I actually like 335cc which made me look fuller and not so skinny but Dr Tan and amber the nurse strongly recommend 300 Demi.

11.5cm too! Nope I havent tried the sizer. My first consultation was a pretty rushed one... so I'm now researching a bit more before booking another consultation. I definitely don't want mine to look too big - I like how the simulation look on me with 300cc demi - but i just need 100% assurance it WILL turn out like the images haha

I think the nurse do tell me vectra is more accurate so she ask me to look at the vectra pictures to gauge closer to result P but I do think they are like growing slightly bigger abit over the days.. haha .. like I see may 5% increase in size , probably the implant have drop a little bit ?
