So fake… I hate that

So sorry you hate them but I think they look great!
I think the fake look would disappear if you had some fat grafting done on the upper area of the breast. You have very minimal fat there and the high profile implant "sticks out" because of it. With some fat grafting you could smooth out the difference. But I think your current look is something that a lot of people might like and want, although I can understand it wasn't necessarily what you were after.
I already had some fat grafting afterwards but it doesn't work
Has your surgeon commented on the result? Maybe either he or someone else could suggest a less invasive rescue procedure? Your expectations seemed clear…
Hello, hope you’re well…have found your review whilst searching for motiva ergonomix, I have had a ba with the same round implants nearly 3 weeks ago and I have the exact same issue! I was promised a natural look and the surgeon was to address lack of Volume in the upper chest (I have a bony chest which was causing me all sorts of self consciousness and preventing me from wearing anything low cut) however I feel this has not been achieved at all, my breasts look exactly like yours so I understand exactly what you’re going through girl! If you have a look at my recent posts and pictures you’ll see what I mean. I hate my new breasts with a vengeance: the front view, 45 degree view, side view, all awful. All so unnatural, I look like an alien of some sort. I think I look like I have two large turnips sprouting sideways from a flat chest. I am adamant the implants should have been placed a bit higher up to begin with, considering they would move south when settling, and to address the absolute lack of volume and bony upper chest as discussed with the surgeon pre-op, instead they are are sitting too low from surgery day which means they’ll get even lower after they drop leaving me with the same flat bony upper chest and the turnips lying too low to make any difference to the way clothes hang on me, I have no visible cleavage AT ALL, and my worst nightmare of having fake looking mangoes when wearing a normal bra will be my new reality. I feel so depressed, so disappointed, so wronged and even so stupid for having believed a very costly ba at nearly 43 years of age after 16 years of tears and shame and lost life avoiding the beach and many social events, would turn out the way I had hoped. I was hoping to restore my pre-children full C cup and somehow add some “softness” to my bony upper chest area, instead I have exactly the same issue with the unsightly bony upper chest with the added nuisance of extra volume further below which I am going to have to support/lift with a normal bra after the 6 weeks post op making my breasts look even faker and more awful of what they look now at 3 weeks post op. …What did your surgeon say? I have emailed mine at 10 days post with my concerns and several pictures with v-neck tops and bandeau tops to show the issue I’m having and asking for guidance and reassurance but he ignored me completely, his assistance rang me to say there was “only so much they could do with my anatomy” (shame I wasn’t told this at consultation stage) and that things are not going to change, then offered me an earlier appointment at 4 weeks post op, then after a few days cancelled it claiming the surgeon had seen my email and pictures and will not see me before my 10 weeks post op appointment. So I’m feeling completely alone, lost, and depressed atm. I would love to hear how you are sound, if you are feeling any better about it all, and what your surgeon’s opinion on the issue is xx
Same! I regret getting motiva ergonomix. Should have got mentor.

3 months post op

As you can see my pictures, this is how it looks after 3 months since my BA. Even the implants were placed under the muscles, they still very obvious. It doesn’t seem to drop more and I think they have already settled. The shape of my breast look so weird especially on the side, it’s very pointy. The motiva ergonomix doesn’t have a teardrop shape at all as described. It’s totally a round shaped implants. As u can see the picture with bra wore on, it looks like two oranges in a bra.

I’m so regret and so upset with my decision of choosing motiva, it doesn’t give me a natural looking at all. I do hate myself so much everyday when I look at the mirror. I lose all my confidence and being very dispirited.

Were you able to consult your surgeon about this? It looks a bit like it might be capsular contracture?

2 months post op, it’s awful..

The pictures show how my breast look like two month since my BA.

it’s soft and there’s no any discomfort at all. They have also dropped compare to the beginning. The swelling has completely gone and I think they’re already settled. as I have been having breast implant for 10 years and in addition of my breast grow a lot in size during pregnancy (I think it went up 1-2cups) then reduce to original size after delivery, my breast muscles and tissue should be elastic enough and there should be plenty of room for my new implants to drop.

Even the implants hv dropped, the shape of the result is awful. It’s so fake, the implants are so obvious and they are too round, it looks like two round balls stick on my chest. I hate myself so much when looking at my breast
