B cup - 355cc Motiva Round Implants (above muscle) Inframammary Incision -29yo 5ft6 64kg with 1 child

I met with the surgeon today and he removed the bandages from the incisions underneath breasts. I was unsure if there were stitches or sutures in place, and he informed me that they are dissolvable stitches.

He is happy with the healing so far, as am I! I feel tender and tight where the incisions are, I think because it is scabbing over now but there’s zero pain. I’m Sometimes feeling heavy on the chest throughout the day; feel better with a post surgical bra on then after a few hours I can’t wait to get it off me again. I’m back to see the surgeon in a month’s time and he is going to measure me and let me know what size I am! I can’t wait to see the difference over the next few months as they soften out more

Off to buy prune juice as I’m constipated likely from the pain killers.

I will post an update in a few days when I’m back the clinic to get bandages removed and will upload images on the incisions- fingers crossed they are healing ok

Very surprised that I not been experiencing any pain. I hope that it stays this way as I have read on peoples posts that some only begin to experience pain many days after surgery.

My surgeon did not recommend a compression/post surgical bra as i had below 400cc implants,
but I have been feeling like I need some extra support as I do feel my chest is heavy so I went today to the shops and picked up a comfy post surgical bra. I had to buy a 34E to fit but there is still swelling present. I was a 34B pre op. I am anxious my implants are bigger than I expected, however I know I need to wait a few months to allow the implant to soften and settle into position.
