B cup - 355cc Motiva Round Implants (above muscle) Inframammary Incision -29yo 5ft6 64kg with 1 child

I had my breast augmentation on 30/05/25 at Auralia clinic in Dublin, Ireland by Dr.Salman, I will upload my before photos to this post.

At the free consultation I discussed with the surgeon that I wanted volume but I didn’t want my breasts to look fake.
I initially thought that placing the implants behind the muscle would give me a more natural look, however the surgeon said that they would look more unrealistic as it would give a bigger gap in between the breasts and he assured me that I already had some breast tissue but lacked volume on the upper breast and we decided with 315cc round motiva implants above the muscle

When the surgeon came in to draw on my chest to prep for the surgery I asked him did he think we were going for the right volume of implant and I showed him a photo of what I would like, he said I could go up to 355cc so that’s what we went ahead with.

I honestly cannot believe that I haven't been experiencing any pain. The breasts feel heavy and hard, but I thought I would have had pain coming from the incisions. I think they are numb, as my nipples feel numb to touch.

Buying a pregnancy pillow and extra plump pillows for bed have been a god send for sleeping throughout the night by keeping me propped up and comfortable. The night before surgery I literally slept for an hour and a half so I have been exhausted and the painkillers have definitely been making me more tired so sleep hasn’t been an issue for me.

After lying throughout the night it’s been a little uncomfortable sitting up in the mornings but not causing any pain whatsoever I also feel the swelling has reduced a little already
