12 weeks post update

3 months since my BA surgery.
I’m now more comfortable with them, I probably only wear my compression bras about 50% of the time. They have slightly dropped now and feeling softer than before. Still experiencing some nerve pains typically on my right but goes away in a few minutes. My scars are still visible and I have been starting to apply some silicone strips to aid with healing and to prevent them from rising.
Dr Sanguan’s previous feedback said my breasts are still going through the drop and fluff process and that they were progressing fine. I just sent these photos through for another review.

What do you girls think? I’m still in doubt whether spending the extra money for Motiva was worth it. I feel like I could have saved the money and gone with a larger volume of round Mentors and it would have given me the same outcome.

4 weeks post op update!

So I’m now 4 weeks into my breast augmentation journey and I can finally say I’m pain free! I’m slowly getting back to my regular duties at home and work without relying on regular ibuprofen.
however, I am starting to have some doubts on how my breasts are dropping. As you can see, my left breast isn’t as round as my right and it almost seems like it’s dropping more to my side. It’s not very obvious especially if I’m wearing a bra, but it’s not the outcome I was expecting especially after spending quite a bit of money for the Motiva implant. I have sent these photos off to my surgeon and client manager to hopefully get some advice and maybe get on top of it before it looks any worse.

What do you think? Do you think it requires a revision?

Breast Augmentation Journey

I’m using this platform to keep track of my breast augmentation journey.
I had my surgery done in Phuket Thailand with the company, Cosmeditour on 21 June 2023
I was under the care of Dr Sanguan and his amazing team. I was abit naive with the procedure and did not exactly know what size or look I was after. Dr Sanguan initially prepared about 340-350cc implants for me but I ended up being content with how 255cc looked on me. I also ended up paying an extra $$$$ to go with Motiva ergonomics instead of mentor round implants as I was after a natural look.

Overall, the whole experience was great. The team were efficient, I had my pre-surgery check up between 9-10am, met Dr Sanguan and decided on sizes at around 10:30am and I was on the operating table at 11:30am. I vividly remember being in a bit of pain but luckily for me, i was kept overnight in the hospital and was on good pain management. Dr Sanguan reviewed me the following day and I was discharged around 2pm with med prescriptions for 5 days. I was prescribed great muscle relaxant, pain meds, and even sleeping tablets. However, I wish I had asked for anti-constipation cos I started struggling with my bowels 3 days post op.

I’m currently on 2.5weeks post-op as I write this review and I feel good. I’m still having doubts about the size that I went for but I’m trying to keep positive and “trusting the process”
I intend to keep posting atleast until I’m 12weeks post op and see if the motiva look was indeed worth it :)
