7 months post op

Finally I cans ay that I feel that everything has settled more or less 100 %. I'm still very happy with the looks of them, and now also with the feel.

Two months I started cross country skiing again, and the first two trip was a bit uncomy as using the arms made the chest muscles work which squeezed the implants. It made me a bit anxious as I worried this was how it would always feel like, and I started thinking it wasn't worth it, but on trip 3 I did no longer feel the same squeeze so I'm very releaved as this was very important for me as a medium active skier. It might be that I should have started working out the chest muscles earlier and maybe this would've helped.

The last weeks I have also started sleeping on my stomach again! Wow, how I've missed it. It doesn't feel like sleeping on oranges anymore and I can sleep a hole night in the same position.

I don't use underwire bras anymore which has been a blessing as I hate them. I also think they look too big for me if I do, so all in all I feel a lot more natural than before, even with fake boobs.

Soft and happy!

Two months post op, and I'm really, really happy. Some days I was worried they wouldn't soften any more than they already had, then a new daycomes, and they soften more. My left boob has been a bit slower than the right (but now it's beginning to soften as well). I feel both have dropped well.

I have slept without the surgery brah for 2 weeks now, and it feels amazing. Especially lying on the side, and just feelng the boobs touching one another. Never felt that before, haha!

I still use a soft, wireless post-op brah, but it feels more like a seemless sports brah, and it's just because its really comfy and makes my boobs look nice.

I can run flat, but running downhill is uncomfortable. Feels like the chest muscles cramps a bit, but its getting better and better.

I was advised not to use my arms over the head for the first 3 (months), and I cn actually feel why. These movements are the only ones that are uncomfy now. Hopefully I will be ready for playing tennis when I travel to Spain in two months (4 months post op, and 1 month later than the minimum recovery time).

All in all, still SO happy! My only concern now, will I ever be able to sleep on my stomach without feeling like lying on two oranges? Any experiences??

Almost 6 weeks post

Healing is going better every day, and they seem to have dropped a bit. Bit still feels quite hard so I really hope they will soften a lot more. I've been a week in Greece with the family and my two toddlers. It was hard not to go all in on the pool activities with them but I felt it was OK to wear a sports bikini top instead of the post op brah. Was a bit anxious about that, but was very careful with all movements. Probably too careful. Never felt so good in a bikini though!
