Hi!
So my first post, and only one week until my surgery. I've been wanting this since I was a teenager and realized I never got any boobs like everyone else. I'll tell you more about my story later.
I'm quite athletic, and have a funny figure, as my upper body is totally flat, skinny, and fits a size xs-s, while my hips are quite wide, round butt and my thighs quite muscular.
I have to small children, soon to be 2 and 5 y.o. I didn't breastfeed them as my boobs didn't "work", but I breastpumped uo to 8 times a day for 4 months with both, so I think my boobs are a bit affected by that, and especially my nipples.
The first surgeon I visited was not very informative and seemed little interested. I told her I wanted small boobs, just fullness, and she simply just pointed out a size for me without discussion. I think it was below 200 cc.
I went home and wasn't sure about this anymore. I felt left with more questions than I had when I went there, so I finally decided to book another appointment at the same clinic, but with another surgeon. I told him about the last visit, and although these consultations are only supposed to last for 30 min, he had me there for 90 min to ensure everything was talked through. He measured, explained the why's, drew a lot on my chest to show me why he suggested what he did etc. Based on my body shape he wanted to go (what seemed to me) like a lot bigger over 300cc.but we agreed that for me personally, this wasn't the right size. He wanted to go 320 cc demi, while on the charts I felt more comfortable heading to mini and we agreed on 245-260 cc mini. (Sorry, I'm talking Motiva charts, feel like I have a masters degree in them now!) he also explained why the last surgeon's suggestion wasn't a good idea as it would have been way to narrow for my BWD. Once he drew that on my chest I understood.
My BWD is around 12 and 12,5 cm.
So he have ordered a few different sizes and will see them on me. So the only concern I think I have is that they will be too big for me. I really just want to be able to wear a sports bra because I need it and not just to cover a flat chest with nipples.
Looking forward to sharing some updates!

Day of treatment
They are here - and I think I'm in love!

A quick update for those interested. The surgery went very smooth, and today have been really enjoyable actually, with no pain at all.
I went with Motiva round 245cc on side and 260cc on the other. I "opened the present" with my husband tonight to have the first look together. He was super happy. He too was afraid they were going to be too big and he fell in love with them from the first glance. I too agree, the look just the size I wanted, not at all too big, and not too small (yet? Maybe when they soften and the swelling goes down they will look a bit smaller but I don't think I would mind that either). They are very hard and a bit pointy, but I think they look nice and my husband does too, which is the most important. And also, I don't think anyone else than my family will notice once I can start wearing normal brahs.
When did you start wearing sport brahs instead of this monster of a surgical brah?

Hey there! Just had mine done one week ago also! I have been in a super non supportive surgical bra per my PS orders. It’s like a sports bra with basically no compression at all. Maybe it helps “drop” them sooner? I just had my one week follow up today and he gave me the blessing to wear anything that feels comfortable. Though my incisions are still slightly tender, I probably won’t do underwires just yet. I ordered a bunch of shefit because they adjust at the bust and shoulders super quick and easily throughout the day if you find you need more or less support. You look great! I’m happy you and your husband love them!

Hi! Thanks for you tips! I looked at your results and they look great. Might it be that you can drop a super supportive brah since you have the implants over the muscle? I belive mine is meant to keep the compression both on the muscle (the band i need to wear over my chest) and to keep the implants in place in the pockets they've made under the muscle as mine are not supposed to drop too much since they are round.

Hi! Yours look great so far, the size is very balanced and sophisticated imo. I also just had a under the muscle mini boob job two days ago and was told to wear the compression bra for eight weeks and the breast band for two weeks. I asked if I could wear my own sports bras, but got a no, so I think I'll just follow the surgeon's advice. (Admittedly I can't wait to take it off and throw it in the washing machine in this summer heat, though!)

Oh, OK, so we just need to be good girls then, haha. I can't imagine which summer heat you have, but I'm from Northern Norway and we've had a very rare summer heat with 25 degree celcius today and it's just way to much. I assume you're located somewhere hotter!

Oh my word wow they look so amazing! Congrats and well done!!! Keep posting pics and updates! I’m 4 weeks in and still wearing the monster bra!!!

As, thank you so much! Love hearing that from someone with "the same taste", haha. So I will continue with the monster bra as well, as that's what my papers said, but I think my surgeon said to me that I could swap it after three weeks for shorter periods during daytime for a not-so-monstrous sports bra. Well, he said that after surgery while I was high on drugs, so I'm not really sure that's what he said, so I will text him in a few days just to check in. Guess the best for the boobs is the monster bra.

Omg let me know what he says! Maybe then I can stop wearing mine every minute of every day!!!

A closer look

Woke up this morning, and they're still there! Feel like I've had a rough chest workout mæ but no pain what so ever, so the meds are working.
Can't wait for them to soften and to start wearing something else than this bullet proof west. Guess I just have to be patient!

I had Subfascial placement as well- it might be just me, but do you seem to have like a hollow/ dimple like area in one side? Where it seems the implant isn’t as firm right there?
I ask bc I have something similar near my nipple and I’m wondering if it’s normal with Subfascial placement and if it’s part of “drop and fluff” (if we even have that with over the muscle)

Hmm, I haven't had a very close inspection of them yet as I still feel they are so fragile and new. I will definitely look for what you describe, and please keep me posted if you find out what it is. Per now mine just seem very round and firm all over, but haven't inspected every detail.

I obsessed with being too small, or too big. I was more afraid though if winding up too big than too small. I went with the smaller of the two and now that I’m a few days out I feel the size is perfect, and probably would have been happy with the next size up as well.
Good luck with your surgery!
I wanted to ask, could you please also share your circumference under your breasts?
