10A to B or C cup, 220cc, Motiva Ergonomix, mini - goal is small & perky

Surgery day tomorrow! I have spent the last month going back and forth trying to decide between 220cc mini or 265cc Demi. I always wanted small and natural but I started to stress that I was making a mistake going with mini because not many people do. After meeting with my surgeon once more before surgery he helped feel confident in my final choice. 220cc Motiva Ergonomix mini (low profile in other brands). I hope this helps others when researching for mini breast augmentations, the goal is small and perky - Kendall Jenner vibes. My surgeon worked out my size based on my BWD and compared it to the Motiva size chart. He said I can go up or down slightly in CC but it doesn’t really make a difference. I trust his judgment.

I was more scared of coming out regretting going to big than regretting going to small. I am slightly Tuberous and my nipples aren't perfectly aligned. Surgeon has told me this will be enhanced with implants and the bigger I went the more obvious it would be. He wasn’t keen to do any work on the nipple to fix alignment as it should only be minor and not super noticeable with the mini profile.

I have slight risk of double bubble but my surgeon says I have a pretty soft crease so hopefully won’t be an issue.

Currently a 10A and hoping to fill out a large B or C cup. I don’t want to be a D cup so it will be interesting to see where I end up. Will keep you all updated.

Little update for you guys, surgery went great and recovery has been a breeze so far. I haven't really experienced much pain at all, just the tight chest. I have been scared to look at my frankenboobs but I finally did and I can envision how they are going to look once they have dropped and fluffed and I think they are going to turn out great! Looking very torpedo at the moment but I know to trust the process.

I forgot to mention before these are dual plane.

My nipples have re aligned! Swelling has gone down a lot but they obviously haven't dropped yet, I’m excited for the drop and fluff stage to come. I am so happy with the size and profile so far, no regrets about choosing a smaller implant. I know they may get smaller when they drop but that doesn’t bother me, I think they are going to look amazing.

The photos are deceiving, they have great projection definitely not flat or pancaked.. I think there is alot of misinformation about mini/moderate implants. I can’t wait to share photos when they have settled more hopefully at 6 weeks.
