Well, my bruises and swallows are getting smaller, my recovery is rather simple: no especial pain :) I walk, eat, sleep and enjoy my new shape)))

New pics. I started massage, it hurts :( the swellings has almost gone, sometimes the tummy swells,when I walk without my garment.
