I could not recommend Dr. Racanelli and his team more. I searched for a little over a year and narrowed it down to four plastic surgeons. After meeting with each of them, reading a thousand reviews, and reviewing their websites over and over I had no doubt that Dr. Racanelli was my pick. My husband and I knew the moment that we met with him that he would be our doctor. It was easy to tell right away that he knew what he was doing and was poised in it. He took the time to listen as I explained several of my concerns. I liked his calm and confident nature and found it reassuring. He answered every question and explained to me what he thought would look best and why. I knew that his standards were high and that he was going to do the best job possible. So I decided to trust him to make all of the final decisions when it came to implant size. I was looking to replace my deflated mom breasts with something much fuller but as natural looking as possible. They are better than I could have imagined. I am so glad that I went through with the procedure and most importantly that I chose Dr. Racanelli. The procedure itself was nothing like I had expected. I was so worried and scared but it was not a big deal at all. I went into the same day surgery center, got the IV (my least favorite part), met with the Dr., headed to the operation room where Dr. Racanelli and his team made me feel comfortable, said goodnight, and next thing I know I am waking up and leaving the hospital within a few hours. I did not experience any pain at all. I walked out of the hospital, took Percocet for two days and the occasional Tylenol after that but no pain at all. The best way to describe it for all of you moms out there is that it felt exactly like when your milk comes in. I believe that my recovery went so well because of Dr. Racanelli and how he performs in the operation room. His attention to detail speaks volumes in everything that he does. His staff is so kind and helpful, how he handles the incision, the recovery bra that he chooses, his gift bags for patients, his follow up the evening and day after surgery, giving out his cell phone number in case you need anything at all, his response time and everything else is so far above every other surgeon. I hope that you go through with the procedure that you are considering. You will be so glad that you did!
