So, I have two kids, 9 and 4. I'm about 5'8'', 125 small on top athletic build. Right now I am wwearing a 32 B in bra sizes. I can't tell you all how long I have wanted this surgery, I was small chested in highschool, but they were nice. After my kids were born I constantly have towwear a padded bra ( typically the add two cup size ones) I am at a place in my life where I'm still young(27), and want to enjoy my life instead of worrying about my breasts.

So, I am finally scheduled for surgery, September 6, so excited. It finally feels real. I'm going wig the smooth round gel implants 400-500ccs not sure yet, under the muscle with an incision in the breast fold. I am also having a bit of Lipo on my lower abdominals and flanks. Worried about pain. although I have been through two natural childbirths . I trust my doctor. He talked me through everything,was very patient with me and answered all my questions. My initial consult lasted a bit over an hour. I feel like I'm ready, just have to wait three more months. I swear I have been boon obsessed... Can't stop reading he storieson here, dreaming about surgery, talking about boobs. My huaband thinks I'm crazy.

We can help take the pressure off your husband as we all understand your obsession. ;) Did you choose September 6th because your children will be back in school? Will your husband be able to help out a bit over the weekend the first few days of your recovery? Boy, with your height and weight, I can't imagine that you would need lipo. We'd love to see some photos if you're comfortable posting them!

Thanks for you nice comment! But I just wanted to let you know it is the best thing I've ever done! I was able to book my surgery a week from my consult and I couldn't sleep at all until then. I was day dreaming about all of the new sexy clothes I could wear and how excited I was going to be once I had them. You could say I was anxiously excited!! I know you had childbirth, so at least you have a good idea of what extreme pain is. I went through two major disc replacement surgeries on my neck with plates, screws, prosthetic discs etc, and I was telling myself "Oh, this isn't my first rodeo. I've been through two very serious surgeries that required me to be in bed for a long time and had to wear supportive collars on my neck for months... this will be a piece of cake compared to that!" I WAS SOOOOO WRONG! After waking up from surgery I was like WTF happened!! My ribs, back, and arms were hurting so bad... it took a little while for the extreme pain to go down once I started taking the meds. As long as you ice and take the meds, you will be fine :) The first day was the roughest lol.
When I was in my consult, I told my doctor that I really wanted to be a D cup and he suggested 500cc's. He said he wasn't sure if they would fit because he needs enough skin to work with. If they were too large, the lowest he would have gone was 450cc's. I am so glad he was able to put the 500's in! Go for the bigger ones ;)

So, as it happens I'm only a little over three weeks till my surgery date, its getting very close now. I'll be having my pre-op appointment on the 29th, about a week before, to finalize everything. The 25th I'm having a birthday party for my daughter, and I'm going to torch lake for labor day weekend... Along with working I will be pretty busy the next few weeks. Up unroll now the summer has seemed to drag on, now I allmost wish I could postpone my surgery, it really snuck up on me. I have a lot to do, clean my house, buy some bras, get a nice new pillow,ale sure I
