Please do not get this procedure, it will ruin or change your face in the hands of a wrong provider. I look like a completely different person, my facial shape has changed, and I’ve lost fat all over. I do not have the money to get a facial fat transfer. I am young 32 years old for reference. My skin quality has greatly depreciated, I have hyperpigmentation, scarring, discoloration, general all over lack of glow, and worse of all lost all of my baby facial fat that I can never get back. The procedure was insanely expensive, and it ruined my face. I was promised that I could trust the provider and that they have a lot of experience. It’s safer to stay away from this machine altogether because you don’t know the effects it will have on your face with whichever provider you choose.

I look like a different person :(
I didn't want to show my eyes but it seems I have to for you to see the whole effect it had on my face structure. This loss is devastating, I feel like I am a completely different person in the worst way possible. How did this happen? I went to a Nurse Practitioner who said she had been using Morpheus8 since it came out??

Hallo wie geht es dir inzwischen? Ich habe genau das Gleiche Problem. Vor 5 Wochen machen lassen und schon jetzt sehe ich so eingefallen im Gesicht aus. Wann fingen bei dir diese Veränderung an. Auch so früh nach der Behandlung. Ganz liebe Grüße

I’m not sure what you looked like before. If it is any consolation, I do think you look fantastic. I thought this procedure was for skin laxity. Is it really about removing fat?

You look better on 2nd photo .The first photo shows pillow face too puffy .Second photo your face is very nicely defined and look more youthful.

Recent after pic and before comparison
Recent after pic showing substantial fat loss and NEW nasolabial lines from Morpheus8. This is seen especially in certain lighting. I've NEVER had lines like this before and my cheeks were always full. For anyone asking if I lost weight- it's a NO, I actually gained 15 pounds. Some people who comment should really think before they post a reply, be human- have some empathy, and stop lying to yourself about the clear evidence of what happened to my face.

I had Picosure laser on my face and the exact same thing happened. Lost a substantial amount of fat on my face and I regret the laser treatment!

Thank you for reviewing this procedure. I can't afford to spend money on a procedure that will deteriorate my face. I think you are beautiful BTW.

Luckily it was minimal, but after doing x2 sessions of EmFace this last September 2024 (was told it would help lift my nasolabial folds which, it did not), I gradually started also noticing facial fat loss in my baby face which I also loved about myself. I definitely understand how you feel. I too am now seriously considering facial fat transfer because I miss how I looked before. But if it's any consolation, I think your skin looks great, and it definitely helped to even out the slight deformities in your lower face that existed before. It's actually something I want to correct in my own face with a conservative amount of Morpheus8 this time around, but I'm scared as hell to for the same reasons. I completely understand how you feel. It's a frustrating and stressful experience, to say the least.
