Office review: they will not honor their cancellation and refund policy

This is the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. The financial office is a joke. They will not honor their cancellation and refund policy despite it being in the financial agreement. They want to keep your money and force you to retain their services. Tiffany, the front office manager, is a liar. She either does not have knowledge of her office policies or she is just ignorant. She goes back on her statements to the point where the office will not honor their original statement. It is the worst bait and switch operation I have ever encountered.
