How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

Best Place for Morpheus 8
I went to another provider for a Morpheus8 consultation. That consult was maybe 5 minutes. No pictures taken, no explanation and no review of my face or what my end goal was. She didn’t ask one question of me! I stupidly made an appointment and as I was walking out, I said “should I stop my retinol before my procedure.” Why should I be asking that question? Needless to say, I cancelled that appointment.
When I went to Dr. Tansavatdi’ s office I had a completely different experience. I had my photos taken from every angle. Dr. T and Susan came in and discussed the procedure with me. They both asked many questions including what my goal was and was encouraging of me to ask them questions! They spent almost 45 minutes with me. I bought a series of 3 and had such a good feeling when I left.
As the day of the procedure was approaching, I started to panic about the pain. Reading everything I could on Real Self and Reddit. Everyone complained about the pain! The office called a few days prior to the appointment and I told them that I was concerned about the pain. Well today was the day. Right away they already put me at ease and told me that they are aware that I was scared of the pain. They explained the numbing procedure. I was a little out of it because all I can concentrate on was pain pain pain. I was numbed with a topical lidocaine and after about 50 minutes or so, I was given shots of nerve block. The nerve block shots were so innocuous and not at all painful. I couldn’t feel how many I was given (even though they talked me through each and every one!).
Procedure time and Susan was so gentle and explained in every detail what she was doing and literally talked me through all of the passes. I can’t guarantee that you are going to experience the same pain free procedure that I had but if you come to this office, these girls will take such good care of you and will do their best to make you comfortable. That is their goal. I have tennis elbow and get electro-acupuncture and that is a 10 on a pain scale. Today’s pain was a 3. After the first pass I had a little pain (maybe an 4+) under my right jaw and neck and Susan put more lidocaine and maybe gave me another shot? Honestly the shots were so painless I couldn’t tell if I was given more in that area! I also liked that Susan changed the needle size around my jowls (where I needed it most) and back to the smaller needles. I am due for my next procedure in 8 weeks and will definitely not be afraid. If you have any questions, please feel free to DM me.
