Strong numbing cream + pronox but I cried, it hurt a lot

I had strong numbing cream + pronox (laughing has) and a doc administered it. She was so seeet and knew what she was doing. However, my pain tolerance is either in the toilet or this is painful as hell if using settings that actually give you results.

I need an NYC or NJ based doc who uses pronox + numbing + LIDOCAINE INJECTIONS so I can actually get through session 2 and 3!
