I was excited about this procedure. I've seen the results that many have had and they were amazing. My journey has not been as easy as most. The first day was not bad. I washed with the facial wash provided to me. I applied Aquaphor as directed and the next day my face looked horrible. I'm on day 3 and may face remains swollen and my neck looks like I have hives. I've paid for 3 treatments but don't think I'll be completing the last 2 treatments. Hoping my face and neck does not stay this way because it's looking quite horrid.

Hi, have you sent photos to the clinic to get their opinion on why our neck has come up like that? Could it be the aftercare products reaction on your skin? Is it like that all day or just after you have applied the products. Also maybe try icing the area on off for 20min to bring the swelling down. Just make sure the outside of the bag that the ice is in is very clean as it's touching your face.
I’ve seen similar results after only 3 days. Have you seen any improvements now that it’s been 3 weeks?
I had the same reaction you had and im now 36 hours post treatment. I had to take benadryl because I wanted to claw my skin off. Please tell me you've healed now.
Do they know why your neck did that? Did it hurt?
I am in day 4 after my first treatment and still cannot go out in public. I am very swollen and the grid marks are visible. Have you seen any improvement?
