Hi everyone,
It’s been over 2 months now and I wanted to give another update with photos. Although I do see a very small improvement with my malar edema, my eye bags are back in full effect. I think I honestly forgot how bad they used to be as the filler was disguising them for so long. I had voluma in my checks and volbella in my tear trough area. Which I loved and thought I could continue to get until the end of time! But the malar edema swelling started due to my fillers and the provider I am now seeing recommended I have the filler removed. Next step is getting my eye bags surgically removed (lower bleph). My treatment plan included three rounds of Morpheus8, 6 weeks apart, to really improve my malar edema before surgery but I’ve only had one treatment so far. I’m sure results would have been better if I was able to follow my treatment plan but due to the grid marks that formed I was unable to (office told me I could not proceed until they got better). The marks finally improved with the help of a local dermatologist. Anyway these photos are to show you my improvement with malar edema!

So it’s been over a week..
It’s been over a week since my treatment and I just now am starting to see the grid marks.. but it’s odd because it’s only on one side and one area. The area has risen bumps and almost looks like a breakout or rash. I’m also super itchy in this area and there is a perfect little square red mark which I am guessing is from the device.. it’s odd to me that this is happening a week later. Not sure if this has to do with my skincare and possible irritation or what? I’ve attached a photo.

My skin did the same thing, I had my first session in late February and just re-started because I was supposed to get 3 sequentially. I had it done at Joanna Vargas in NYC, and they have you come back in 7-10 days later for their Triple Crown facial which has light microdermabrasion in it to smooth out the texture. I'm doing my whole face and neck, looking for improvements in acne scarring, pigmentation and laxity- I will say I saw really great improvements after just one session, but it took a few months to truly see the difference as my skin remodeled itself. Best of luck with yours!
Hi! How long did your grid marks last? It’s now been over two weeks for me and they look even worse! :( I’m starting to get worried that it could be scarring..
Hi!! Did this grid marks resolve? Do you have an update? Thanks so much for sharing!
Hi! My grid marks haven’t resolved unfortunately and are now on both sides! But the red square mark from the device is now gone which is good. I am starting to get a little worried about my skin texture though as it has been over two weeks now. Not too sure if this is supposed to happen

Hello, I'm just curious about if the bumps are getting any better at all? I had my neck done two weeks ago and I'm dealing with the same thing, I had laxity before and now combined with all the bumps, it looks like chicken skin :(
Jut wondering if there anything to make these things go away?!
Hi! It's been three weeks for me and they are still there. Ugh. I'm starting to really worry. I called the office and they were no help at all. Have you contacted the office that did your procedure? Others have said theirs went away after using vitamin c serum but at this point I'm afraid I will agitate my skin even more!
I haven't called the office yet, but I doubt they will be helpful. I totally understand; I'm worried too. These raised grid mark bumps look totally healed and I will be shocked if they go away without some further intervention. I have been trying a mild glycolic lotion without any improvement. Please keep me posted and I will do the same.
Same here :( It looks awful! Yes please keep me updated and I will definitely keep you updated as well! I'm going to buy some vitamin C Serum today so I will let you know if I have any improvement using that

3 days after treatment
Okay so it’s been a little over three days since my treatment and I am starting to see some bruising. The treatment area is now very dry and it feels like sandpaper (what others have mentioned). It looks like the swelling is completely down now hence my eye bags are back! I know it takes time for this treatment to really show the final results (and of course multiple sessions) but I’m excited to see how everything turns out.

May I ask who performed the Morpheus? I’m also near LA, am looking for the same treatment.
I believe it was Kami Parsa's assistant Danielle in Beverly Hills

What did you do to improve your grid marks? I am considering getting this procedure, but am afraid the I will get lasting grid marks. I have had this in the past with a different procedure, and the marks under my eyes are still there (2 years later).
Thank you!
How does your malar swelling look now? Any advice? Thank you!!!
