Abdomen Morpheus8 - granulomas due to not removing the numbing cream

I had Morpheus8 done on my abdominal area in December 2023 and immediately had what the NP described as a “histamine reaction”, and was promised phenomenal results due to my body’s strong response. Weeks passed being treated with oral and topical steroids and antihistamines with no improvement. I decided to seek care from an independent dermatologist and had the area biopsied. Diagnosed granulomas, which the Derm believes was due to the provider’s negligence by not removing the numbing cream and/or sanitizing solution properly prior to treatment, and it essentially being heated by the RF and then injected deep into my skin. 7+ months later I still have thick red granulomas at every needle puncture site. The area has been resistant to all treatment attempts. The skin is more saggy and wrinkled than it ever was pre-Morpheus8. My next option for treatment is Methotrexate but I’m wary of the dangerous side effects. My body has been disfigured, likely permanently, due to the carelessness of the NP at VIO MedSpa.
