Warning! Fat melted on my face after Morpheus8 & I now have jowls

I had a facelift at 49 and my results were amazing! Over the last 13 years I have had botox, mesotherapy, CO2 laser and have had amazing results and my face still looked great with regular maintenance. I thought my jawline was looking a bit less defined so I decided to do the Morpheus 8 treatment. I researched it and told my provider that I did not want any fat loss on my face. I was assured at the correct setting and depth this would not happen. I have a very slender face. Well, any fat I had melted on my face and I now have jowls. My face looks worse than it did before my facelift! I went to see a plastic surgeon and he said yes that the treatment ruined my face! I had one session only. I have now had to have 6 Sculptra treatments just to get my face to look normal but the only way I can get rid of the jowls is with surgery. The Morpheus 8 manufacturer says they have never seen this before and I must have done something else! If you have low body fat and a slim face I would not do this treatment. The provider for the Morpheus 8 says she has never seen these results when I sent her before and after photos. I went to her office and she was shocked! Run, run and run from this procedure.
