I got this under eye filler done by a doctor and this is the first time I've ever had under eye ligament pop out like this. I've dissolved so many times and that line is still there. This is how it looks like now. Can someone advise me what as to what this isn't what I can do to fix it?

I have not found anyone that has my issue.
