Morpheus8 Make Dark Circles Worse?

I had the treatment done 3 weeks ago and it’s make my eye circles worse!! Help! Could someone please tell me why this is and what I can do to fix it??

I got the treatment done to improve darkness and now it has made it worse! I feel like I look so tired and old !

I wish I never did this treatment.. my dark circles weren’t even that bad to begin with

I am not a doctor but I have an idea why it happened. I think it melted the fat under your eye and it led to your veins to be more visible hence it looks darker. If you think logically, they use filler to treat the dark circles. Because filler masks the veins under so causing the dark circles less visible. If I were you I would do neither filler nor this one. Try prf.
There is no fat under eyes.. To melt.
Yes there is. There's a layer of fat under the skin. There are different planes. Ask a doctor.
lol.... google Is your friend, yes there are fat pads in that area. decillion is correct it melted the fat and collagen. this procedure is not good
First, try not to worry; your skin looks similar to mine which is light olive. I found early on that I scar badly and heal slowly- my skin doesnt like trauma. So I think it may be post inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), which will fade in time. My reason for saying this is because I had a sub conjunctival bleph with fat repositioning and had very bad PIH under the eyes, which the surgeon was horrified about. I told him I didnt care as I was rid of my enormous eyebags and used to having dark circles anyway. Well, they eventually faded but it took a few months and I think this will too. I also think that Cecillon makes a valid point regarding fat loss. You look young and tbh if I had looked like you prior to treatment I would have been very happy. I'm sure this will fade, just use some concealer in the meantime. Best wishes!
Thank you for your reply. I went back to the treating doctor and they told me it was PIH, they gave me some cream to use and hopefully will help it fade!
I know I was happy before it’s just I have veins very close to the surface and was told this would help with the purple colour...
hopefully it will heal. I will post and update in a few weeks.
What cream was prescribed?
I was thinking of doing fillers or prp because I am so depress over my hyper pigemented eyes
I look like your basic white girl, but I'm half Italian so I really have olive undertones and I get PIH SOOO easily. I've learned I have to be very careful which treatments I get because of this. I also have to make sure they understand I have olive undertones. I'm about to go in for my first treatment in 2 weeks. Have you seen improvement?
I have seen a slight improvement. The dr prescribed me some cream to put on but it was a lot for my skin to handle so I stopped using it. I think i will just have to wait it out and hope it gets better with time! Probably seen a 50% improvement in 2 months since initial treatment. Thinking I will need to wait at least 6 for it to go back to normal
The doctor who did that doesn't know what he's doing. You don't treat eye age with Morpheus8. The reason why eye bags show is because the skin is thinner in this area. Lack of sleep and aging makes it even thinner ad well as genetics. The thinner it is the more the blood vessels show. When we are young we have a lot of collagen and fat in this area which hides the blue sheen from the blood vessels. Morpheus8 has the ability to dissolve fat that's under the skin. This might be the case why you have more color under your eyes now. The fat went away making the blood vessels show.
The same happened to me.
