profound rf vs morpheus8
WORTH IT
forgot to mention i tried different energy devices even within in the same category (eg. profound & morpheus8 are both rf microneedling). reason why i tried profound is bc it claims it's more powerful (delivers energy deeper for a longer time) vs morpheus8. Result - it hurts significantly more, requires tumescent anesthesia vs just numbing cream -> significant downtime (cannot appear in public for 2 weeks). in terms of skin tightening/benefit, felt was on par w morpheus8. so i think on a downtime/pain adjusted basis, morpheus8 is a decent choice.

Energy Devices Work if Chosen Well
flipping thru my old photo albums, i decided to write my 1st review. i believe these energy devices work if chosen well (right technology, proper provider). i'm not a big fan of botox/fillers, instead relied on energy devices & good skincare products to maintain looks. started using energy devices in my mid-30s when i first noticed some sagging. 43 now, think my skin actually look better vs before i started those energy devices. recommend alternate btwn ultherapy & morpheus8 (i do either one every yr). might eventually go for facelift but think that can be delayed by 10 yrs thanks to these energy devices

Thanks for your review and photos. Your skin looks amazing!
What providers do you recommend?
i usually just do a google search to see what's available near me. Ultherapy, Morpheus8 are not invasive therapies that require physician attention like bodytite/facetite. i'd go for high volume derms / medspas where those therapies are handled by PAs/NPs (vs the physician). those places usually give a good price.
