Adverse Reaction to Morpheus 8

I went in for Morpheus 8 on my lower face and neck. Within two days I was covered in acne and white pus filled bumps on my lower face. My neck was covered in bruises. It has been over 7 weeks and my lower face has mostly healed but there are red marks that will hopefully fade. The bruises on my neck took over two weeks to disappear and I can still see that chicken skin appearance if I look closely. I have two more treatments scheduled but I am not going to follow through with them. I am going to ask for a refund for my prepaid treatments or ask if there is something else I can do instead. Nobody I know who has had Morpheus had any reaction close to mine. The doctor put me on Clindamycin topical for the acne. Also, when working on my neck, I have involuntary jerks like my nerves were being tweaked. For instance, when the needles hit certain spots, my arm would involuntarily jerk up. Like when the doctor hits your knee to do a reflex test. Either I am not a good candidate for Morpheus OR my practitioner had the setting set improperly. 10/10 would not recommend.
