Terrible Acne Post Morpheus 8

Morpheus 8, the micro needling treatment pretty much every Aestetic doctor/ aesthetician recommend. I’ve had two out of three recommended treatments and both times I’ve had terrible acne afterwards. First time, it took about two weeks to clear. When I went in for my second treatment, my practitioner suggested it was my skincare products that were the problem and she advised me to get the Obagi hydrating cream instead…. Which I did. (Love Obagi products) Absolutely no change. I’m now on day 7 post treatment and I’m still covered in spots. They’ve come down a lot but my face still looks pretty bad. I normally have good skin so everybody is puzzled to what happened. Morpheus 8 happened.
I’m going to cancel my third treatment as clearly this treatment is not suitable for my skin.
I went to a reputable clinic so I would not blame the practitioner.
Besides, the treatment is excruciating. My leg was twitching with my face.
I have not seen any improvement in firmness as of now.
