Horrible Experience and my Face is Ruined

3 weeks ago I got morpheus8. I went in for acne scars and texture concerns. Before the procedure it was the best my skin had looked and I had quit experiencing breakouts so I thought it was a good time to move forward. Fast forward 3 weeks after procedure. I experienced horrible burns and deep abrasions. I still have marks and unhealed open area on my face.
I was wondering if anyone else experienced anything like this and if I should pursue legal action because I think my face is permanently messed up from this procedure

So sorry . I would go to a different doctor for an opinion to see if it’s just going to take longer for it to heal.
Have you had any improvement or gotten any help?
The redness has dissipated a little but I still have hyperpigmented lines on the right side of my face, a scar under my right eye, and 4 deep chunks of skin missing above my right eye brow that will never heal.
I fell sorry for you. the operator of that machine did not know what they were doing. If it were me, I would pursue legal action for sure.... they did you an injustice.

Its been 2 months and I still have lines and scaring. The ones on my forehead are deep crater like scars. How is yours going. I think I am going to take legal action
It looks like a very inexperienced provider. You shouldn’t have burn marks on your face like this, maybe just some needle marks, but not burns
