Finally Prk

Main motivation was glasses removal , had been researching the procedure from the past 1.5 years. Actually went to moorfields twice for the procedure. Got it done the second time on 18 oct 2016. First 5 weeks are hell tough , vision will fluctuate on daily basis and you will get a lot worried, healing is very different for everyone who has PRK. I was also quite worried through out all the steps but the doctor was very supportive. PRK is very different and although it has only been 6 weeks right now for me , it can take up to 3 months for the eyes to be stabilised. I have not experienced any halos, starburst ,or glare till now and hope i won't be in the future. Night vision is good and is improving week by week. only thing is left eye got bit over corrected by +0.5. I am on Acular ls drops for that eye which the doctor says will regress in a few weeks. Overall the journey up till now has been amazing but i was really worried a lot through out the whole process. lets see how the vision improves over 3 and 6 months respectively. Patience AND ALOT MORE PATIENCE.
