The majority of swelling was gone after 10 days after cast removal and situation changed. It’s been 5 months after rhinoplasty and dorsum is uneven, bumpy, there is a ‘hole’ where bump was shaven.
There is no follow-up after surgery by dr Samaha, I have to wait ~7 months to see doctor (they probably want to take pictures). I am not happy about this at all and this is not professional.
I would change my rating now but it’s not possible. I will see what dr has to say but I have to wait for another 2 months to see him!

Be careful, dr Samaha does minimum job meaning if he removes hump he will not address other parts of the nose. His surgery lasts less than 1h, I guess everything is about money and not quality...
In my case he shaved hump too much and didn’t touch supratip and tip area of the nose so there is a ‘break’ in the nose and now I have bump above tip (cartilage). There is also possible open roof deformity but he didn't acknowledge it. I thought that he is the best in the city from the reviews but it's all marketing. I do NOT recommend him at all - be aware since revision surgery will cost you much more than original one.
He admitted that results are not good but he is avoiding to do anything else to fix it..
