Hi Ya'll.... I've come on this site to gain information as i go through each stage, both physical and mental, of my weight loss journey. My decision to move forward was not a light one and have spent a year researching, asking, listening to all the ups and downs. In the end, where my health was headed, gave me that final push i needed.
I am 43, i've got 3 sons from 19 to 14, my highest weight was 270lbs (oct 5), I completed 2 week liquid diet before surgery (started on Oct 10) that brought me to 252lbs (Oct 25) day of surgery.
It has certainly been an adjustment in living but MAN I'm so excited to see where my new found life will lead.
I'm here now to look for support, get answers to questions, provide answers where I can (my own point of view of course), and over all meet some superb and determined people.
