Hello everyone!
I am beauty313, i was 20 years old student on my first rhinoplasty and I wrote this review on RealSelf . I am writing this update 10 years later. Today, I am now 30 years old with two kids and a successful career , I just booked a revision rhinoplasty to ?STANBUL, I will be going for a revision.

If there is one thing I would tell myself is not to worry. Worrying only makes stuff worse.
I've stopped taking pictures or worrying after a while. I got fed up of negativity. . Today, I love my new nose. I go out ,and i get more noticed. My friends say that I'm changed and that I look better.
Summer is coming. The semester is also ending . I have an internship opportunity , I'm excited to live life.
Someone once said that the world is an echo. Whatever you do, it comes back at you. Do good & you will see good :)
See yourself as beautiful, and you will see the others around you as beautiful.

hi, i'm having my appointment next week with Dr.Shwarz. I have seen so many bad reviews about him but I personally know 2 persons who had their rhino done by him and they are both satisfied. If you could go back in time, would you think twice before doing your sugery by him?

Hey there! My nose has always made me so unconfident and now at 21 years old, I'm really thinking about getting it fixed. It is slightly crooked and I have a nostril that's much bigger than the other. It's really horrible.
I'm wondering if you could show me the before and after result of your surgery and your honest opinion on whether you would have chosen another surgeon if you had known how your nose would've turned out, or if you're completely happy with the result and wouldn't do anything different.

well, my post op appointment didn't last more than 2 minutes. The doctor tried covering his mistakes . A bump appeared on my nose and is still not gone . I think i've spent a good 4700$ to the trash.. most of my friends say that I'm not changed at all.. those who previously had rhinoplasties said that the doctor should have done a better job .
I'm almost 6 weeks post op, i can comfirm that my nose has the same size as it had before.. I think its even bigger right now

I hope it gets better. Look at the positive side is...final results is at least a year after surgery and for some others even years. Please have hope:) xx

Im sorry to hear that. I know how frustrating this must be for you. Its unfortunate that the surgeon didnt spend much time with you at your post-op appointment. My original surgeon did the same thing and basically said my nose looks great and its all in my head. Well pictures dont lie and anyone that saw my nose would not be impressed and thinking its a great nose job. Each person does heal differently though and it could get better over time. I know with mine it looked nice at first and then just got worse and worse each time. I noticed you took your pics down but I didnt think your nose looked bad or anything. Can you post some other pics?
