37 days from surgery - still have pain

Hi,
I'm 5 weeks from surgery now and I'm pretty much ok. First week I was on painkillers. One week check up was fine. Went back to work where I sit a lot, used an airplane cushion and helped me. Then I got my period. Not easy, but ok. Stressed about keeping everything clean all the time. After 2-3 weeks I felt better. Then, all of the sudden, at 3 1/2 weeks had more pain than before, I could hardly sit at work and needed Tylenol... I read a lot online, I think I had a start of an infection.... Too much pain, after a while when I was better... So, no time to see the surgeon, work work, I took by myself antibiotics 7 days... Augmentin 825 mg twice a day. Felt much better after, like at 4 weeks or 4 1/2 weeks I was very well, had 2-3 days without pain, I could sit and forget about my wound... Then again period... After the period, 5 weeks from surgery took a bath... I don't know if that's why, but for 2-3 days I have pain again... At 5 weeks worse then at 4 weeks post-op... I don't know is it infection or after period irritation, the stiches, or too much work. I worked 6 days this week. I keep the area clean as much as possible and use antibiotic ointment. I was expecting to be pain free at almost 6 weeks post op... I can't think about sex it's still pretty painful. Having an appointment in 4 weeks from now. What should I do? Wait 2-3 days? Take antibiotics? See absolutely the surgeon? Thanks I would appreciate any answer.

After having 2 vaginal births, at every birth I...

After having 2 vaginal births, at every birth I had ruptures, tears and episiotomies, being cut and having stiches after. Had my first child at 20 and the second at 27. A few weeks later my sex life went back to normal and I could always enjoy it, until the 40s. Maybe after 37-38 years old, I started to feel less and less tight in my virgina, inside and at the entrance. To the point that lately in the last year, my husband couldn't have or could with more difficulty and for shorter time, have an erection inside me. We would need different toys or Technics to enjoy sex together. I checked online and realized a vaginoplasty or vaginal tightening is possible, so I made an appointment with a doctor in Laval and Montreal, Canada, Dr. Omar Foods Neel. I'm day 8 from surgery and feeling fine, no pain, everything is ok, only the scar between vagina and anus has to subside. It is still sensitive. Right now I am a one little finger tight, the doctor said it will be fine, can't wait to experience my brand new vajayjay in 5 weeks.
