Almost 4 months post

Best decision I ever made. The recovery was hellish and painful but I'm so happy with how small and perky they are now. Still a bit of pain from time to time as is normal. Clothes fit better, I can buy bralets/go without a bra…I can even wear string bikini tops now. So glad I did this.

Physical/Prelim

Went to the hospital today, and yesterday I took my pics which the doctor will use to determine his course of action. The nurse took down all my information and prepped my file, asking about allergies etc. I'm allergic to shellfish and latex so she made sure to write those on my admittance wristband for the day of my surgery. She also gave me a package that contained a tube for my urine which I have to bring the day of, and a antiseptic sponge to wash my entire body the day of the surgery.
They will call me on the 8th to inform me of the time to come in on the 9th…I'm so excited/nervous. Next weekend I go shopping for some high intensity sports bras and a lounge pillow (The ones with the little arm rests) since I'll have to sleep on my back. Something I'm not use to doing but I don't mind!
I'm so excited!

Very excited. I've been wanting to get a reduction since I was a teen. I started developing at 9 and the weight and strain of my breasts have always been a problem. I don't even know what size I am currently as I wear minimizing bras and refuse to set foot in a lingerie store. My PS says he will try to take me down to a C, although I'm really going to push for a large B small C cup. Living in Montreal our gov't pays for the procedure if you are able to get approved by a PS that they will be able to take out a certain amount. You are then put on a wait list which runs from 8-10 months. I was approved in October and got the call today that a space opened up in February, I'm beyond happy with such a quick opening. My PS is one of the best in Montreal and I will also be getting the lipo to go along with the procedure to make sure it looks ok. The total cost is roughly $2700 which I'm very happy about.

The nerves set in when I first got the call this AM but I'm starting to cool down and get really excited.
