Hi everyone!
Let me start by giving you a little inside on me, every woman in my family has big breasts, so from the age of 14 to about 20 I had hopes that my breasts would eventually fill in but that time never came. When I was 21, I got my first consult but was told by my doctor that I would need a lift along with my augmentation because I had tube boobs and so fearing the scars I decided against it. Now fast forward to 2017, I am now 25 years old and have gained 30lbs which filled my tube boobs up ! But being 5'4 & 150 pounds made my 34a/b look very small ( I also have wide shoulders).
So I finally decided to get them done, I mention to my PS that I wanted a natural D cup . He recommended 350cc under the muscle, I shared my worries with him about them being too small but he assured me they would look amazing.
I am now 4 days post op and very disappointed with my size, I honestly don't see that much of a difference...
POST OP REVOVERY
My recovery has been good, the day of the surgery was a breeze but I'm pretty sure those were the drugs. Sleeping has been an issue because I have always been a side sleeper so I'm getting a few hours of sleep here and there, the first 3 days were definitely a difficult adapting period because of the tight feeling in the chest and the fact that my boobs were so high but finally at day 4 they are starting to feel normal(ish).
I have found that movement helps, lying down to long makes the pain worst. As the swelling goes down the bruising has gotten pretty bad but being a pale redhead I have always been very prone to bruising.
I have been very emotional about the size, I feel like going through this process, the surgery , the pain , the $$$$ ... I was really hoping to see more of a difference, I find they still look like the same small boobs but a little more swollen .. hoping the drop and fluff will give more of an impact .
I am back to work tomorrow, day 5! Hoping it's not too soon... will try and update soon
