I have found myself getting back into dating after a 15+ years and having two children. Gravity seems to have made my breasts smaller as my hips get larger. The only bras that fit are demi-bras because there just isn't enough breast to fill a bra with a full cup. As I start to date, I've discovered my confidence has sagged to match my breasts.

After considering breast augmentation for two years, I've decided to take the plunge, using fat augmentation for a more natural outcome. I'm not looking for larger boobs. I would just like to wear a 34C/36B and have it "fit".

Background: 51 years old, 5' 7", 150-155 pounds. Exercise regularly 3-4 times a week.

I met with Dr. Gaby Doumit who assessed my suitability. I was surprised when he said that he would need harvest fat from multiple places as I didn't have enough in any one place. This increased the cost considerably but I was really getting two procedures, body contouring and breast augmentation.

So, goodbye savings and hello new body!

The pre-op steps include a mammogram, blood work and a static EKG to confirm no medical conditions. So, once that's out of the way, pictures will be posted.

How exciting that you can do this for yourself. I like the idea of losing some unwanted fat in one place and putting it another. Even if you don't achieve a C cup, you'll feel better about your overall look from the fat grafting. Let us know how the pre op steps go. Hoping you'll comment on a forum for 2016 Breast Fat Transfer members. Trying to help everyone network for support. ;)

he's scamming you go somewhere else
you have plenty of fat around your mid section no offense

I disagree. I am similarly built, 5'7", 153 lbs and shallow wide breasts. My midsection appears to have enough fat but my doc said loss of elasticity causes what looks like fat pockets but is really loose skin. I was shocked when she said I didn't have enough fat on midsection or hips. Would have to go to thighs or buttocks. Not sure what could be a scam about taking it from one area vs another. IMHO.

Thanks. My waist is 29.5 and does have a lot of loose skin. I was told that a tummy tuck would be needed to get rid of the flabby look.

Mammogram done. Now, arranging for ECG and blood work.

After reviewing the liposuction checklist here https://www.realself.com/blog/liposuction-preparation-tips, I've added picking up these items to the "to do" list:
* waterproof mattress cover
* disposable bed mats to cover car seats for trip from clinic
* Mederma skin care to prevent scars
